I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

For me, Rebecca Nassar Dunne turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.

I dislike the way you covered gambling here, but not for the reason you may think. You should really specify random-chance gambling e.g. roulette, slots etc. There are several forms of gambling that involve an element of skill where it is possible to make profits over a longer term e.g. poker and sports betting. I'm absolutely not saying this is an investment opportunity for everyone because these forms of gambling take several years to master, but it's an important distinction compared to what you said.

You’re in a great position to become wealthy in your 40s. Soon comes around.
Invest S&P 500 all the way and forget it. Enjoy some of your money on yourself. When you get a job then add more.
Key is invest and forget check in once a year. It will grow.

Hi Nathaniel, option trading is not something I am really into so it’s hard to recommend it. I would say to make 1/2 a million dollars though you would probably have to invest at least that much in the first place. Not many of the guys watching my videos have that sort of cash to risk and it is very high risk. Thanks for watching MT 😎
