1/6 Military Action Figure "Timeless Collection GI Joe Talking Action Sailor" Pull String Repair

The pull string of the talking figure was stuck inside the torso of the body having been cut off long ago. Upon opening the torso of the figure I realized it wasn't just the string that was the issue but the figure wouldn't talk or make any sound when the string was pulled.
After further investigating the issue the problem had been found, fixed and now the pull string talking action figure is in full working order once again.
