Thanks Deb. It just happened to fall on a night when I was in Sydney for work. Unfortunately, Ali couldn't get the time off work to go down to Sydney with me which is why I ended up doing this on my own. I would have very much preferred her to be there as well but sometimes things just don't work out that way. Never mind, all the more reason to look for an opportunity to book a cruise on this ship so that she can check it out for herself.
I didn't catch up with anyone that I was going to on board. Missed Adrian too. With hindsight it might have been better to have actually set a time and place. There will be other times I hope. Hope you had a great night anyway.
Looks interesting and glad to hear that they have solo rooms for solo travellers like me, I look forward to hearing where you are going to go on Resilient Lady and what your thoughts are to about the ship. One day I will go to Sydney to look at this ship
It is mainly sailing out of Melbourne for the next 2 seasons and the ports in Sydney are full. I have heard that Virgin may be looking to secure some Sydney departures for future years. We'll see what happens.
@@robandalicruisetravel I hope so too for Sydney as Sir Richard said he want his ship to sail out of both ports and I think we need another cruise port to sail out of in NSW for sure as Sydney has not got enough ports to accommodate the growth of cruise that is happening now and into the future
That is pretty awesome. Never even heard of this and could have actually been in Sydney that night, damm. Why cant they bring it to Brisbane, would be there for sure, would love to check it out and cant book a proper trip as cant escape the pesky kids..
She is coming to Brisbane next year but only for a couple of trips. I think one is Cairns and back and the other is Brisbane to Melbourne over Christmas. More would be good though.
