That means very little, sir… you know… I have them, they rock!!!!!I also have the pros. No app , or anc and I dig them to .. put them in and go!!!!

@@ronontech yes, I do agree, sir.. but I still enjoy listening to both. Pros. 3anc.. if I have the need for noise cancellation, I can get relatively cheap buds for that, and acceptable call quality. I mostly get buds for sound ,, I like your u tube by the way. Love the way you present your message.. enjoy sir

Enjoying the comparison reviews!! Hard to believe I disliked the Status Betweens bc of their look. That has gone away after using the 3ANC for the last few days. Fun challenge with setting up the custom EQs to get different sound quality achievements (all good for sure). Thx and please keep up the Gauntlet Series!!

Can you tell me something: i want to buy b&o ex this morning but i hesitate. I know those have incredible sound but do they lack in bass? If you tweak the equalizer to a bass boost can you reach the sennheiser bass level? Or am i better buy the b&o EQ? I want good sound but not at the detriment of the bass :)

Nice review! I own the Between 3ANC and can honestly say they are the FIRST earphones I've EVER owned (and I've owned some great ones, including a few flagship Sony and Samsung Galaxy buds) that can actually compete with my OVER-EAR headphones ($350 Open-Back HifiMan Sundara), which is NO small feat! I compared them side-to-side the other day, and honestly even with a DAC hooked up, the only difference I could make out was the Sundara had a wider soundstage. But they're also OVER my ears, not IN my ear canal, so that makes sense.
The triple driver setup consists of the mids & treble being handled by their own DEDICATED balanced armature drivers, as well as the great tuning on the dynamic driver which handles the bass. Dedicated components will ALWAYS give you an advantage in sound vs. integrated ones. The balanced armature drivers I've found out are also used in like hearing aids and in-ear monitors (used by pro musicians in the studio, on stage, etc.) to give the listener a far-more advanced and detailed sound. You can't normally get that kind of detail from a dynamic driver. And if they are gonna use a dynamic, it makes sense to have it be for the bass, which doesn't really need that level of detail I guess that the mids & treble do.

I purchased the momentum 3s back in November of last year, would not recommend for sweaty workouts because my right broke out and now my right broke again on these replacements, so im giving the 3ancs a try

It’s not workout bro, they don’t last more than a month and a half been through ; pairs already and everyone I know have the same problem, I don’t know why they keep selling that garbage

I’m curious to know how the 3ANC will stack up with the Final Audio ZE8000. Those are a $350 pair of earbuds so I expect those to sound better.

Which sounds better when you add the bass boost and custom settings etc?
Before the latest update for the MTW3, I would say the 3ANCs had a clear advantage. But now, I would say they still do, but it's very close.
Hi Ron what is the phone you use an android ? As I have iPhone 15 but want to try aptx and hi res and just love your phone !!!
Right now I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I was using the Microsoft Service Duo 2 in that video.
Ron, with cyber Monday and the sales going on. 3ANC are $139 and the Momentum 3 are $169, which one would you grab first. I use them for working out and outside chores. About 3 hours of usage. Fyi
Me...I woud grab the 3ANCs first. No question! I like the Momentum 3s as well, but I have to be honest about that.

IMO, the Between 3ANCs do. The tuning on those earbuds is amazing.

Sad between pros mic quality in a crowded area doesn't focus more on the voice. On Mine (previous model), I still hold the phone up to my mouth like I'm on speaker phone and it sounds like it has more separation from my voice to the noise in the background
I have the Between Pros and don't have any issues with the mic during calls. I even use them for making calls at work.

They are one of my top earbuds. Sound quality at 90-95, easily.

Had my Sennheiser since June 2022. In Feb 2023 started having issues with one earbud. Annoying beep won't go away. Sennheiser is impossible to get a hold of. Horrible customer service. Thinking of throwing it in the garbage and getting the Status ANC 3.
I'm sorry to hear that about your Momentum 3s. The Status 3ANCs are a great substitute/replacement.
I have been through 4 pairs of sennheizer’s never buying that garbage again

I just got the senns for 150 on prime, now they’re steadily 169-179, great deal. I owned previously and returned and glad I did and rebought at this lower price

Why would you compare these 2 apples and oranges status is killing it man they actually listened to my bitch and complaints lol sen is godly when talking audiophile but it's just not putting out what status is hats off to my guys at status
I don't consider them apples to oranges. And the Momentum 3s are one of my top earbuds, so this had to happen. I agree, Status is bringing the fire with the 3ANCs. I just hope they give the Between Pros access to the app at some point.
Right man for sure they need to put location finder on the 3ancs cant beat these yet with anything i had or seen these still just amaze me audiophile mode or default
