I love the texture in these paintings Sara! What makes it even more fabulous is how organic it feels. I truly love all kinds of texture, but the solvent paint texture is special. It is so wonderful when you deliberately add a product to your art but it comes out looking so organic. Those are wow moments for me. You have been creating so many "wow" ideas and consequently great paintings Sara! I feel it's only appropriate to say, "you go girl😁!" 😊🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

@Sara Taylor I wish I could come. I know it would be an incredible experience. To be with people who share the same passion and soak up as much information as possible...it would be amazing. Plus, I'm very fond of Tara, Cathleen, and You! Unfortunately, my health is very prohibitive. Among other things, I suffer from daily migraines. It would be my luck to make it there and be stuck in the room the whole time. So for now, I'll have to live vicariously through you guys. I'll be what Tara calls me "mama Tera" and say, "Take lots of pictures and be ready to spill when you get home!" I used to live near Seattle. It is a really fun place...Pikes Place Market...good food and wonderful art. Be sure to go whale watching if you have a moment. There are lots of places where you can see them from land. Oh, and the most important 😏😁 great chocolate and coffee/tea shops! Nothing like a yummy truffle with a great cup of coffee or raspberry tea! Please visit one of the numerous shops while you are there so you can tell me all about it.😊🍫☕️🫖🍫🍵

This is so awesome Sara. I love everything about this piece, the colours and the composition is perfection for my eyes and my soul.
Texture is and has been for so long now such an important part of my art, giving the beholder something more than seeing the beauty within a piece.
That tactile touch can enhance that complete experience that connects you to that piece.

Hey girl! I mixed the patio moon with a little bit of mineral spirit. You can’t mix it with anything other than the solvent.
