Love Samson, but agree with Iain in Rafa looking as good as Samson in front lat spread. They have different physiques but very close in quality from front.
01:20:49 I think Justin should try NOT "bringing it all together" in the last two weeks. He seems to always look behind and pulls the rabbit out of the hat so to speak in the last two weeks. Were he to spend more time "conditioned" he MAY be able to finally bring in the waist. Only being in real shape for a couple weeks a year is never going to decrease that visceral fat. You can't have a blown out waist 49 weeks of the year and expect it to look good on stage.
Enjoyed the training talk about heavy weights. When you’ve lifted for 10+ years you’ve become a virtuoso that can do spontaneous solo riffs and connect perfectly with the rhythm like a great musician. No need to follow text books at that stage of excellency.

Rafa is comparable to Samson and Breon should of been third in this one, completely agree with Iain,
That prayer at the end had me DEAD!😂😂
Do you want me to build you a spreadsheet that calculates the placings automatically? All you would need to do is put the order of who won, and then the placing of each person will calculate automatically; would avoid you having to do the manual calculation to figure out how many placings each competitor is off.
Yes please fucking do it I was literally screaming at my screen hahahah
@@viktorgattzen531someone already did it for them but he typed over the formulas😂
@@davidmceneaney1038 BUT WHY EVEN USE IT THEN? Foaud for fucks sake
@@davidmceneaney1038 LOL.
50:12 what things specifically can be done to get more mileage?
It's incredible that Fouad always tries to discredit Rafael Brandão. I think this is something more than a simple opinion.
I hate to say it but Ian's right Rafa wins the upper body in that front double bicep. biceps are much more shapely. Lats have much more sweep than Samson. I noticed that knot in Hadis glute from the side too I thought it was a sight injection then I realized it was just one of his thick glute striations!🤯
Thanks for the podcast guys!
With his showing at this Arnold Classic, Hadi made it into the Mount Rushmore of Bodybuilding, like, legendary status. Samson is on his way to achieve the status as well, just needs a little bit more time
Fouad, you have done this many times, and this HAS happened many times on this podcast before, you are stuck in your loop, stop arguing with Iain cuz you make no sense. Iain has the best and unbiased analysis on bodybuilding/individual athlete/open/classic.
Thanks fouad for taking the time to meet me at the Arnold you were so nice man thanks :)
You can do the math to calculate the placings off by using a formula with reference to the actual placings, would make it a lot more easier, quicker and avoid mistakes
Brandao’s shape is way better than Samson’s
This show gives us the reason Iain should be on a judges panel, he knows his stuff
Fouad talking about how he's ready to quit on his dog while sipping from his "I love my dog mug" is great 😂
Iain is right regards to the front lat. Samsons front lat looks awkward as hell. Rafa not too far behind. Fouad sounded super rattled
Every time, Paul looks like he’s a telemarketer 😂😂😂
Hell yeah just got home from training back- a meal, a bowl and bro chat to start a great day💪🏼 Always appreciate the content fellas!
This is what I miss in our country. When People who disagree were able to actually speak to each other and discuss it! Even if it didn’t sway them or change their mind it didn’t matter. You could discuss things like rational people. It’s like a throw back to my youth. Love it. lol
Analysis would not be worth watching without Iain! He is most real & knowledgeable by a mile 👏
Great work on the Arnold stream commentary Fouad, hope to see more of this…I was just waiting for you to ask Janet and DJ some BC fan questions 😅
Love Samson, but agree with Iain in Rafa looking as good as Samson in front lat spread. They have different physiques but very close in quality from front.
Been waiting for this pod 🙏
They call Milo’s “Biased” coach. Fouad is the ultimate “Biased” Boss/owner but in the best way possible.
I like how the dog and Mike just went to sleep during the argument 😅
Never miss an episode ❤
Are we sure your dog isn't named Arnold's?
LOL😂
Fouad how can u say Samsons front lat looks like an X and Rafas looks like a rectangle when it’s quite clearly the opposite. Samsons washed out, protruding stomach took away his x frame in that shot
Ian is right in everyway
Got a cardio session due. So will watch this
Love this crew, look forward to this podcast!
Not to start any trouble I love the podcast, but it’s funny. Fuad seems to lose to Ian every single time they do pics but he continuously fights with Ian about saying he doesn’t see what he sees maybe take a step back and look at it more objectively I followed you from the beginning, you don’t mean to but you come across as knowing it all so does Ian but Ian’s track record supports what he says just food for thought great analysis Ian
1:47:30 Arnold is not holding his belly in the side tricep.
I missed a good Ian and Fouad argument lol
gotta say, when competitors do the thing on stage where they try to push the guy next to them or step in front of them, what rafa was doing to samson, thats gotta be the douchiest move. So much respect is lost. Huge men acting like little kids. Look at powerlifters in competition hyping eachother up. Its one of the many reasons why this sport is viewed the way it is
I like that. Adds to the show more . Makes you wanna root for guys more
