The ice thing means you're low on iron people who crave ice all the time usually have an iron deficiency and that's bad for pregnancy that means your baby is going to want Iron cuz it needs it to grow
Ice is because the baby's probably making you low on iron so that means you are probably low on iron to begin with and you are always cold and other symptoms so you should probably put iron in your body so the baby has enough of it

From what Mexican family has known especially my mom you might have a girl because when it’s girls you crave sweet and if you have a boy it’s spice and salty! My mom when she was pregnant of me she crave sweet and bread lol I was a chubby bby 😂🥰 and with my brother it was mostly spice when she ate zucchini every veggie she added tajin! That’s what my family has known I know a lot of women have different cravings just a fun fact
I think ur having a girl from the fact ur craving ice cream. I craved I cream like crazy when I was pregnant with my little girl and I’m lactose and haven’t eaten ice cream in probably over 7 years! I also craved hot chips in the beginning due to iron deficiency. Spicy foods helps with iron deficiency fun fact! 😂😭
