  • Quick video on a new battery I am using for my R2 Pro II Godox transmitter that will work with any of the Godox triggers like X-Pro, X1-T, and X2-T. 1.5v LiPo (lithium polymer) Rechargeable AA batteries.
These batteries combine the biggest benefit of rechargeable NiMH batteries and Alkaline batteries. Alkaline batteries are 1.5v, which is exactly what the triggers are designed for. So these 1.5v LiPo batteries will not only show a full battery bar, but they will also deliver the voltage necessary for the trigger to have maximum stability, avoiding misfires.
They are expensive, but I think it's better than buying and swapping out Alkaline batteries, or dealing with the stability issues of 1.2v NiMH rechargeable batteries.
The brand I got that I confirmed worked as expected are the Deleepow's below. But I've linked some others you may consider as well.
    Deleepow Rechargeable AA Lithium amzn.to/3vYo2zp
    Tenvolt AA Lithium amzn.to/3fXfIdk
    Amptorrent AA Lithium amzn.to/34UutYo
(Cheapest option, micro USB charge) amzn.to/3w3SWpW
