im trying to rig a deep well submersible pump in my rain tank, then hook it up with a high pressure garden hose connector to feed into an RO system. The RO requires 90PSI so i feel like a deep well pump is the only pump that can get me that kind of pressure without a using a jet pump then into a separate pressure booster pump.
Why do you want use anRO system filter? You would waste half of the water you saved off your roof. Just treat your water with ozone and run it through a 5 micron paper filter and it is potable water, no waste.
The brand doesn’t matter. Just ask for a pump with a pressure cutoff switch. Harbor freight has one with a pressure tank attached or you can buy a pressure tank separately.
I found it helpful for getting the basics. I'm sorry not all people appreciate information that is given to them for free and then have to write negative comments.
