I'm doing well with both parts. Sugar withdrawals are serious, though. My Red Light Therapy devices are helping. I also changed my sleeping/waking window to get up earlier, so I make sure to start my day with prayer & reading my Bible. I had allowed taking in three new rescues & all their care to sneak into my God time. Setting my priorities back in place is a blessing to my rescues & me.
@@bgkeeling377 love this update! You’re so right - sugar withdrawals are serious!! There’s a documentary called That Sugar Film I watched years ago and it really clicked into place for me just how addicting sugar is! I love red light therapy too! Your rescues are so blessed to have you and I hope you enjoy your prayer and scripture study time. It makes such a difference in my life too. ❤️
Hi Shanna, I love your toolkit and agree with you on these priorities! It's been a challenging week for me after my 25yo daughter was in the ICU for a couple of days. Two days of being disconnected from home and my normal autoimmune diet has left me feeling depleted and in need of rest when I just want to get things done! Hearing about your own ups and downs brings much needed confirmation that it's okay to take the time needed to recover from a stressful event and prioritize my own needs. Thank you! Wishing you and your family (and Tank) a blessed day
@@cindyd6415 so beautifully said Cindy! Thank you for sharing, for your kind words words, love and support. I’m praying your daughter is feeling better and that you are resting and recovering. ❤️🩹 🙏🏻 Wishing you a wonderful and restorative weekend. 🤗
I'd LOVE to hear how you're doing this week! If you're doing the 7-day challenge, how is it going? Wins? Challenges?
