This method did of course not work in the long run. You have made me realize that transcendence is not about surpression. Today i relapse after 32 days it started by a strong urge to edge the whole week. What i have notice in my experience is the energy feels stuck so my nervous system feels out of wack. I also get very irritated and angry, After edging. I release but i don't feel guilt or disappointment in myself. I think is the habitual negative self talk that gets most ppl down. We have to be patient with ourselves. God like Yash mentions puts this software into us is not like we can just go against it over night. I can be saying that to justify edging and releasing as well. But right now i feel a sense of clarity and calmness in me. Everyone has different experiences some ppl dont think semen retention is real or has any benefits but the only thing that matters is how we feel from what we are doing. My goal is to retain for 6 months and keep going.

A strong(er) Ego is actually part of the "expansion of consciousness" process. You're moving out of the lower 2 chakras and into the 3rd chakra. This is where Pride and Courage reside. And the ego loves when it can flex and be prideful. When we're constantly masturbating, we barely have any courage or pride within us. We had lots of shame, guilt, fear, anger, and desire (lower 2 chakras). Tons of negative emotions. Now that you're no longer wasting your seed, you have higher self-esteem and inner-strength. From this slightly "higher" vantage point, you see life and people differently. Now that you've moved "up," you are more aware of those that are "below you" stuck in their lower chakras. Just don't let your Ego/negativity get too out of control. Remind yourself that *YOU* were one of those people before you started retaining, so don't get too high & mighty trying to elevate yourself by putting them down. The good news is that *IF/WHEN* you move beyond the 3rd chakra, the 4th chakra (heart chakra) will mellow out your EGO. You will naturally see more of yourself in others and you will feel less of a need to feel superior to them. They are us, and we are them. You will let people be who they are, with minimal judgement. You will *accept* the world/people as they are and continue on with whatever work you need to do. The ego shrinks once your heart is open. Your heart becomes the master, your ego becomes the servant.
It ultimately comes out of insecurity, fear of not being enough. You then project that onto others by trying to prove to yourself that you're superior to others. Look into where that trauma may have come from, work with your shadow/inner child and recalibrate those neural connections. If you give yourself love, you can then give love to others. Yash - I live in a suburban area in the US east coast, but there’s a local park near my place. Since last summer, I have been going and feeding a group of squirrels. They have become quite friendly and they take treats out right of my hand. Some of them let me pet them and sit on my lap. I feel drawn towards this and feel some sort of peace with this activity. Hey yash, after retaining for long time, my ego is raising tremendously. Its like everywhere i go and who ever i talk or meet, i always have an ego saying they are not retaining and try to put them down through my talk and behaviour. I am aware of these ego and try to put light of consciousness on it but still i cant trenscend this ego. Any suggestion?. And also this ego got raised especially from my masculinity. I am getting benefits from retaining but ego is also raising. And this ego is not only in men but also on females too.

A strong(er) Ego is actually part of the "expansion of consciousness" process. You're moving out of the lower 2 chakras and into the 3rd chakra. This is where Pride and Courage reside. And the ego loves when it can flex and be prideful. When we're constantly masturbating, we barely have any courage or pride within us. We had lots of shame, guilt, fear, anger, and desire (lower 2 chakras). Tons of negative emotions.
Now that you're no longer wasting your seed, you have higher self-esteem and inner-strength. From this slightly "higher" vantage point, you see life and people differently. Now that you've moved "up," you are more aware of those that are "below you" stuck in their lower chakras. Just don't let your Ego/negativity get too out of control. Remind yourself that *YOU* were one of those people before you started retaining, so don't get too high & mighty trying to elevate yourself by putting them down.
The good news is that *IF/WHEN* you move beyond the 3rd chakra, the 4th chakra (heart chakra) will mellow out your EGO. You will naturally see more of yourself in others and you will feel less of a need to feel superior to them. They are us, and we are them. You will let people be who they are, with minimal judgement. You will *accept* the world/people as they are and continue on with whatever work you need to do. The ego shrinks once your heart is open. Your heart becomes the master, your ego becomes the servant.
It ultimately comes out of insecurity, fear of not being enough. You then project that onto others by trying to prove to yourself that you're superior to others. Look into where that trauma may have come from, work with your shadow/inner child and recalibrate those neural connections. If you give yourself love, you can then give love to others. Be humble, and treat others as your family, not as your opposition. A rising tide lifts all boats.

Yash - I live in a suburban area in the US east coast, but there’s a local park near my place. Since last summer, I have been going and feeding a group of squirrels. They have become quite friendly and they take treats out right of my hand. Some of them let me pet them and sit on my lap.
I feel drawn towards this and feel some sort of peace with this activity. Can’t explain it - feels good getting away and giving back to nature. Some of my friends think it’s gross as they are rodents. Today, I noticed a group of blue jay birds came near me as well and accepted some food too.

As you build and purify your energy animals will be willing to interact with you more. Squirrels like many animals though are quite forthcoming when it comes to food, so I wouldn't look too into it, unless you're able to actually start communicating with them and the relationship isn't based around you providing them with a predictable food source.
