Excellent breakdown, thank you. Programming flight controls is a bit daunting but I really wanted to get a nice setup for flight sims. This will help immensely.
Stumbled across this video whilst trying to set up a new stick today. Thank you. So clear and easy to follow. I had it set up in no time. Thanks again.
Superb example of plain language tuition, just got my stick and found the amount of controls overwhelming but thanks to you the mist has cleared ! Keep up the good work. Many thanks.
Thanks for showing the buttons on the stick. I've been looking for bindings nobody ever shows which button they are pressing, so "button 24" or whatever means absolutely nothing to me without knowing where it is. Sucks that MSFS doesn't have default controls for such a popular stick.
I was really hoping that you could do a twin of this video for the upcoming Microsoft flight simulator 2024 as apparently you can't import settings from 2020 version because they changed the button mapping program. So I would be very grateful if you wouldn't mind doing it for the new version that comes out in like 3 weeks. Thanks for your help!!!
The vast majority of additional mappings are camera controls. I have an entire VKB Omnithrottle joystick just for camera control-from cockpit view, external view, and drone camera!
To do the left hand Throttle you just use the joystick for the Throttle imput by pushing it forward after hitting the scanning button and it will automatically pair the joysticks.
Are you able to actually use that mount on that glass table? I have a similar table and have been wanting to get a mount. Was unsure if a table like that could be used for mounting.
Thank you so much for this video. I was not sure of the compatility with MSFS and how to set it up. BTW, Are you facing any rudder twitching issues with this joystick? I have had two Thrustmaster Airbus joysticks before considering Gladiator NXT Evo.
I use pedals so I have a profile with the twist axis (rudder) unbound. I've had "twitching" problems when two or more devices are both bound to the rudder and they fight each other in MSFS for control, so try to only leave one bound at any given time!

Really appreciate the time you took to do this....great explanation !
Thank you very much for your explanations.
This is what I was looking for! Thanks!
Great! Thanks do much for doing this, it's really a big help for a first time MSFSimmer actually getting into the air!
Thanks bud, this really helped me get in the air for my setup.
You saved me; thanks a lot!
what a hero, i can finally play the game
Nice man, thanks. I have a HOSAS setup for a space simulation but I'm sure I can get that to work with FS 2024. Thanks for getting it started.

I just followed this on MSFS2024, it's really the same menu.
thank you very much! helped me a lot with fs25
Thank you for this!! I would like to know some additional mappings you recommend.

Yoo thank you man, i honestly had no idea what i was doing 😂❤

Thanks, man, you helped me a lot!
Hey this is great! How would I configure the left hand version of the omni Throttle that matches this stick?
Hi, Do you know if there is any way to renumber the buttons ( eg fire trigger is button number 10 but I would like it to be number 1) Thanks.
Well done thanks. Have to ask if I may, what wide screen do you have ?

@@Radiant26 there's a 2x6 under the glass that provides most of the support

Thanks. I have got the Gladiator NXT joystick and it’s been great so far. Will surely keep an eye on conflicting commands but so far no complaints.
Thank you for this.
Thank you♥
Cool video. But clean your desktop ffs...
