Jab aap is dish ko banayenge, toh aapke ghar ke sabhi log iski mazedar khushboo aur swad ke aadi ho jayenge. Yeh dish itni lazeez hai ki aapki family wale iski tareef karte nahi thakenge.
Is recipe ke liye aapko kuch simple samagri ki zaroorat hogi. Aapko paneer, palak, pyaz, tamatar, lasoon, dhaniya aur masalo ki jarurat hogi. Is dish ko banane ke liye, aapko paneer ko bhunna aur palak gravy ko banakar inhe milana hoga. Yeh ek bahut hi asaan aur tezi se banne wali dish hai.

2 palak bunch
1 tsp sugar
250 gms paneer
1 tsp ghee
Add little salt
2 tsp oil in a kadai
2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp jeera
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic
1 tsp besan
Little haldi powder
Little dhaniya powder
1 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
Add 2-3 tsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
For Tadka
1 tbsp ghee
10-12 chopped garlic pods
2-3 dried red chillies
