Just one AC in master bedroom. One bedroom had a hole in the wall to ADD an ac. The huge living and kitchen area would need AC added for me to have any interest, but the house is in excellent condition and the price seems reasonable for what is provided. If it was in a cooler area such as Valencia, I certainly would consider it.

If I was planning to come over for 6 months or more, I'd rent it. I'd even pay now for 2 months ahead. In my village just a room on its own costs close to that. In town a room costs a little more thsn that.
That's within my budget, if only I was there ow instead of next Sprig :( I don't eat out but a time or two a week but that would change with beautiful waitresses next door like those!

Great videos and such. But foreigners in my opinion are getting gouged in the price of everything. Filipino price and foreigner price is pretty big divide anymore. But overall that aside. Philippines cost of living is rising quickly too.

I really like this place--nice & large with extra storage room and a big kitchen. The guest bedroom and CR is another plus.
