I'll set them up with the equipment they'll need to start farming livestock for personal use, and I'll help a few members start a small business and we split the profits, and send a few other to college. The rest is on them, I put you in a position to succeed on your own now go out there and get it. They tend to have multiple siblings so they'll be the main ones im investing in and they'll be responsible for taking care of their elderly members or disabled members. Im not allowing them to be lazy on my dime, you will get a chance to succeed but it'll be entirely up to you. How badly do you want to help your family? Go out and take advantage of the situation I put you in cause I can't afford to play financial baby sitter and I'm not going to let them exploit my future wife.

It's easy to say that you don't have to support the whole family. But from my own experience this is how it really is: Uncle badly injured in motor accident needs surgery, cousin needs dental care, another cousin needs dental care, Another uncle suffers from diabetes & dies..help needed, Cousin's baby unexpectedly dies...help needed, Needs to borrow clothing & household items that do not return, Needs to share rice/food, Cousins dropping in to have a bite to eat. Needs to borrow money that do not return, Needs to borrow money for the rice harvest that may/may not payback, Nieces & nephews need school supplies, Birthday gifts for all the kids, Chip-in to food preparations for dozens of parties throughout the year. Treats & snacks for the kids throughout the year. Taking all the kids to the swimming pool/beach. Schools/churches/orgs/volunteers seeking donations & sponsors. If you get my drift, it's really unavoidable. Your girlfriend will be under pressure to help whether it's duty, obligation, or guilt.

It is interesting you go on about how 'Christian' the Philippines and how important your religion is. It seems to be lip service. How about contributing to lessen the mass poverty - charity? How about electing non-corrupt representatives? How about exercising some restraint and not having multiple kids out of wedlock - chastity or (fathers) how about not deserting your wives/partner/kids and and having extra-marital affairs - lust - and when a foreigner turns up and assumes your responsibilities expecting a payout. I support my step-daughter. I employ my wife's family in our business and I put the various kids through school. That goes beyond my responsibilities.

Be advised. The “once saved always saved” theory simply is not true! We make our choices.
Under the protection of Jesus Christ, when you are by choice in His fold, you cannot lose your salvation.
However, God will not force your hand. If you buy your own volition, choose to end this relationship, you will not attain eternal salvation if you die in this condition.
It sounds very chic and evolved to say that once you believed in God and now you are beyond that, but actually it is the absolute most terrible mistake you could make.
I hope Gladys finds her way back into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Where will you live, how will you worship, family support, division of chores in the house, will the family grow with additional children. Don't get swept away by love without taking the details into account. It's not fair to EITHER of you to enter thinking the other one will automatically agree. So quick to bring up that verse, yet ignore:
      - 1 Corinthians 7:9 "But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion."
      - 1 Thessalonians 4:3 "For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you ABSTAIN from sexual immorality."
      - Hebrews 13:41 "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be UNDEFILED, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous."
      - Deuteronomy 23:2 “No one born of a forbidden union may enter the assembly of the Lord. Even to the tenth generation, none of his descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord."
Why are those important? Because you have single mothers sitting there claiming to be religious, when they violated the word of God and the morals and values set forth in the Bible.
Romans 14:1: "As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions."

All they are talking about is what they want the foreigner to bring to THEIR table.

They're answering the specific questions asked to them. You're asking what do filipinas in general have to offer. Try Google if you don't already know the answer. Or maybe just use your ears and your eyes.

the interviewees can/should/must say: "wait, I dont like your line of questions." followed by what she herself will bring to the table and what she likes him to bring to the same table.
But its not part of the concept in PH to question the interviewer.

This is ALL women. Western women all have their huge laundry list of what a man has to provide, yet none of them say what they will provide. Yet still can't figure out why men are walking away. Instead of saying what he needs to give, these women should start with what they will give, so the man can see if she possesses the traits he values in a woman he will commit to.

Those scriptures are very important, I agree, I’m not ignoring them by not mentioning them, by writing in. It’s just the gal in the middle said she was once very Godly, but she changed. I thought that was off , seeing she said that she would date a atheist, and that was the first verse that came to my mind, so how is one to understand all the other things if they don’t even grasp the fundamental rudimentary thing by not being unequally yoked.

If I am going to MARRY someone?.....why the hell would I NOT want to help them?,.....and this now...causes an even bigger question: WHY are you getting married to someone you don't feel the need to help in Life? I dunno maybe I see things differently, but I'm of the mind if I'm spending money to fly all the way to a far-away land?...and I meet someone whom I think is deserving of my love and devotion?.....then me helping her or her family shouldn't be a problem.
    But that's just me.
