Just the video I needed. Got a z355e zero turn and have a pulley that is bent which won’t allow the blades to engage and needs to be replaced. Thanks!

A very descriptive video showing exactly how the work is done and the socket size requirements for the bolts and nuts involved in the process. The criticism I have is don't give torque requirements for bolts and nuts as an "ugga dugga". Where bolts are supposed to be torqued to a specification, the owner's manual will state the torque requirements both in metric and SAE amounts. Please say what those amounts are if you are going to the effort to prepare a video to share with others how something is done in order to make the video complete.

Good video, thanks. My mower has the same spindles. Have ever knocked the shaft out to replace the bearings in this type spindle? I can't seem to get the shaft out and was wondering if that's not possible with this particular spindle. Thanks!

Great video! Thank you. I have this same mower but I'm having trouble removing the pulley because the spindle is moving with it? Any suggestions?

Try spraying some penetraiting oil on it and tapping on it with a mallet or a piece of wood so that you do not damage the pulley. If that don't work I suppose that you could heat the shaft up with a torch if you are comfortable doing so. A puller is also an option. In my case the pulley was wallowed out. The pulley hole is not round. It is shaped like the spindle. You can see this at 10:11 in video.
