1 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة شبت مُقطَّع بشكل ناعم
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مُقطَّع
ملح حسب الرغبة
فلفل أسود حسب الرغبة
تعليمات التحضير
يُبرش الخيار في قصعة متوسطة الحجم. يتم التخلص من السوائل الزائدة. يُضاف الزبادي والسبت والثوم والملح والفلفل. تُخلط المكونات جيداً. تُحفظ في الثلاجة لمدة 2 ساعة قبل تقديمها.
