I love that RUclipss new algorithm is promoting us small channels it has led me to some motivation thanks for this videos and though I alr had this in mind to hear it is amazing and I will post my content 🎉🎉
Hey guys, I'm trying out a new video format so let me know if you like how the video looks or if you prefer the full screen cod gameplay. Trying to go for vibes and almost like you are watching the video through an old school TV where it all started with gaming for me and I'm sure countless others. Let me know what you guys think and I'd love the feedback!
I just got recommended your channel and I have to say I love your channel’s aesthetic. I really like the square box format you put your video in. Gives me a retro vibe. Keep up the good work! 😁
Very nice, very motivating. I especially like the part about getting over perfectionism, which I have the biggest love-hate relationship with. I will post that video. Thank you brother.
Another great video bro! I definitely agree with just starting and not caring about the best gear. I started a channel over the summer (this account, videos are private now) and spent money on a mic and a capture card I had bought a few years back. That setup cost me over 350 which I extremely regret. I spent so much money on the equipment and then I’d make videos trying to have perfect edits and cuts and all that. I got burnout after a few videos and gave up. With my new videos I find myself not even using the capture card but instead simply using the Xbox game capture and it works fine and doesn’t require the hassle of even setting up!
Most times the more efficient yet less “expensive things” makes it easier to start. Having the highest possible quality right from the start can be the limitation in work flow. The less resistance, the easier it is to sustain and keep motivated. Keep it up brother!
To add to your video, I think self efficacy is a very important part to look at as well; the belief in one self to be able to achieve a goal. And you can sort of improve that belief by slowly but surely building up a backlog of small wins or successes. It takes repetition, it takes time, but at some point you will feel that change start to take place. An example on that note, I renovated my kitchen this year with barely any prior knowledge and despite how many people around me had their doubts I used that chip on my shoulder to propel me to succeed in that. It is probably the biggest project I have tackled, but just by starting, dealing with problems as they came up instead of worrying about them beforehand it has led me to know that I really can do what I set out to do. All those small victories like getting the flooring just perfect or the cabinets level enough was such a game changer when it came to self belief for me and especially dealing with all the setbacks really gave grounds to tremendous growth. So my question to you, is the term self efficacy something you have come across or something you could add to?
I 100% agree with you! Congrats on taking the leap and trusting yourself with the kitchen renovation that’s no easy task. I’m glad it’s allowed you to grow and be more confident in yourself! As far as self efficacy I could probably make a whole video just talking about that. Self efficacy is key especially when trying to tackle multiple things at once and if you’re the only person you have to rely on when starting out in something. Keep your eyes peeled for a video on that, I love the question!
@ Oh I would love to see a video on self efficacy from you! I’m working on one currently & while our content differs a bit I think your take would be quite interesting! But yeah it’s been the grounds upon which I have been able to build my life around and I really do think I couldn’t do without that
Hey Smang! Great video again, on this same topic… I finally made my first video recently, and I really had fun with it! I like the filter you put on, but maybe you could use mostly full screen footage and then find a way to work in this filter here and there? Just a suggestion :) have a good weekend
Something that only clicked with me recently was the idea of "You don’t set out to build a wall. You don't say, 'I’m going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that’s ever been built.' You don’t start there. You say, 'I’m going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid.' You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall." I applied this concept this year when saving. I managed to save over a thousand a month and i finally broke 10k euro which is super gratifying. At the end of the day it came down to one day a month of taking it from my paycheque.
I wanted to start a cod commentary yt channel but I hate my voice and accent and I don't know if anyone would watch if I used a ai voice to say what I wrote
Im sorry but 99% of people will never make it. No matter how haed they try. I dont think giving people the motivation to give RUclips a try is beneficial. Quite the opposite
Mostly everything I talked about applies to many areas of life. I just used RUclips as an example because of the comment I was talking about. I think if you believe you won't make it in any aspect of life then you won't. Showing up more and giving more effort than someone else trying to do the same thing as you only increases your odds to become successful. I wish you the best brother
You and oncefaded are the parts of RUclips that makes me feel like old youtube is still alive and kicking, thanks
I think your right 🤔
I love that RUclipss new algorithm is promoting us small channels it has led me to some motivation thanks for this videos and though I alr had this in mind to hear it is amazing and I will post my content 🎉🎉
Honestly it just takes time, commitment and consistency. That's about it. God bless
Ive never seen a more perfect RUclips video this year 👌👌🫡
