Agreed self hygiene and self cooking skills need to be taught on a mass level in our society especially to guys. We as society and culture used to be so particular about hygiene but have lost all that. No one is addressing this.
one day i tried making shahi paneer from brar’s vid, it turned out good, i havent ordered anything from zomato since then. try mimicking some recipes according to your taste, it may not be perfect but still better than most restaurants and hygienic and fresh too.

Humaare idhar kitni baar nakeries aur dairies pe raid oadti hai par kuch action nhi hota hai but jab inke products se koi marta hai toh authorities ko phir se samples lene yaad aa jaate hain and then they take some action.

I can cook so many dishes. Even better than restaurants most of the time. But I still prefer eating out. Ik ik it's not hygienic. Or at least I can never be sure how cleanly my food was prepared. But I don't give a rat's ass about it. I'm just that lazy. Maybe I'll get food poisoning one day. It may even lead to serious health issues. But tbh I don't care at the moment. Maybe when that happens I'll regret my actions. But that's for future me to worry. Rn I'll keep eating outside. One day we all have to die, so I don't mind what little abuse I do to this body.

bhai please listen to me cousin's father works in a non veg restaurant as a manager he told me that the chicken they use for cooking has lots of tumours and many restaurants use sick or dead chickens meat which is not fresh at all they even mix rotted meat to save their money they do not give two shits about customers health all care about is filling their pocket with money maine toh dar ke maare bread and peanut butter bhi ghar pe banana start kardiya and i will tell you it tastes 10 time better than market one

Tbh, some street food options are a lot better than going into most of the big restaurants or food chains where the cost is hefty along with GST and you're completely unaware what goes inside the kitchen.

problem is not swiggy or zomato problem is those restaurants and those employees who work in those restaurant. swiggy and zomato just add these restaurants for spreading their services. main problem is FSSAI ye kamine kisi ko bhi license de dete hai. and its not possible that every single person will learn cooking and cook it. tourists, officers, local commuters who go to other city for job ye sab log ko kaha se khana milega bhai? this type of services are for them. first take strict action against those who dont do their job properly in FSSAI, first clean that department then use strict rules and regulations on restaurants. main jadd hai FSSAI. ye log proper work nahi karte bribe leke kisi ko bhi license de dete hai. ye chodu system ko khatam karo corruption ki.
