    Battahli - sword, daggers
Elven - magick bow, staves, staff
Dwarven - duo spear, greatsword, shield, trickster weapon (debatable) and all armor
Bow can fit into either Battahli or Dwarven depending on your party setup

Dwarven smithing is the same as vermonth but with more knockdown power/defense. Its my go to for all armor and strength based weapons. For magic weapons (mage, sorcerer and magicarcher)the elven smithing for the highest magic damage.

I also sometimes use Batahli smithing for pure physical weapons, especially those where knockdown is less of a factor, like small rapid striking weapons.

@@Dare_To_Game just remember to consider that knockdown also affects stagger, so it is still usefull on daggers. I dont see any case where that slight difference in strenght makes up for the huge increase in knockdown

Can you do a video where you do different upgrades types on the same weapon? Like vermunduan first. Battahl second and Dwarven 3rd and see how that differs from the others you just demonstrated?

So id like to point out when you went to the battahli merchant which I think it was the merchant you specifically buy armor from, it does make a difference between going to enhance your weapon from the armor merchant instead of enhancing it at the actual weapon merchant.
