Sis, you did an amazing job describing everything about this camera. It was clear, concise, and understandable. I really really appreciate your review. And the encouragement at the end was super helpful, thank you!
I found a grey/pink one in my garage... Mint condition. I wanted to CRY, I'm still in shock. Your video has been SO helpful-- try my "new" toy tonight!! ❤️❤️❤️
My mother in law just pulled this camera from her basement for my birthday. They've had it all these years just sitting down there! Thank you for this video it was super helpful 😊
❤ i just found one exactly like this, red color too at the thrift store!! I’m so excited cause I’ve always wanted one. Great info i learned so so much!
Thank you so much for this informative video! My Godmom gave me this camera, and I didn't know what all the buttons did (I'm not a pro photographer by any means). I had no idea there was an option to take a photo without flash or that I should clean the rollers to avoid streaks. I also learned that this particular type of camera is pretty rare! I always get asked about it when I'm taking pictures in public, so now I have some cool facts to share and sound like I know what I’m doing, haha!
Awesome! I actually have the neon color version. Neon pink and yellow and black version.just bought it yesterday for $150 I’m so happy to own this time capsule!😃🤙🏼
Thank you!!! I had ideas of how my dad's old Polaroid camera worked and I'm so glad I found your video! 😘 My initial photos came out a bit purple so my guesses are that the summer heat is a factor and/or I was taking photos in low light in my small bedroom at night. Any idea why my photos came out that way?
Hi! I was thinking of getting this camera or the black polaroid NOW one for me and my boyfriend to use for our summer adventures. It's more of a gift for him so I'm trying to decide on the style and functionality. Would you recommend this one? Is it fairly easy to use and get good pictures on? :)
I used one of these cameras in the 80s,it wasn't as nice looking as this red one. I love it, thinking about buying one, but cant believe how much the film is now. Can you use the regular poloroid 600 film? Thanks for ur vidio.
I have an exact one. My film keeps on getting jammed in. I figured it would be the film. The film is so old that it was in the camera since the 80’s. Would it be the film that is so old that it isn’t coming out of the camera? Or would it be the camera itself?
sooo that button for dark and light ...do i need press dark when im in dark place and press light if im in light place to make normal pics or i need do it oposite and how make pics at night ?
So I have this exact camera, and I put in a new pack of cartridge and the pictures immediately started printing out. It’s been making this clicking/printing out noise ever since. The red light blinks for every click. Is this because of all the times someone’s tried to take a picture and it’s trying to catch up? Or is it just broken?
hmmm I don’t think it’s because all the times someone has tried to take a picture. I wonder if there is an issue with the button that’s used to take the photo. Does it flash when it’s making this noise? Maybe the button is jammed a little bit?
Marisol M to open the camera you just have to slide the button on the side, no need for film to open it! You can open it and see what kind of film it takes before you ever have film.
It’s known as a 1-step camera. It takes way more than 1 step. (Steps: 1. Press lower button to open. 2. Load film in. 3. Close and take out black sheet. 4. Flip up lens. 5. Press big orange or small black button to take picture. 6. Let picture develop in dark area for 15min.) not 1 step huh
I’ve had this camera for over 30yrs. I still works beautifully. I’ve rarely used it tho...😊
Nikki V oh my gosh thats amazing!!! Do you remember where you got it at?
Thirty great years?!?
my mom just gave me her camera from 1988 and i cant wait to finally get some use out of it. it’s in beautiful condition.

I’m actually in a bidding war for this very camera.

My grandpa gave me mine as a gift I love it. It is kinda steep for 2 dollars a shot but, ya know it can’t be so bad if I use it on trips
Exactly! That’s a perfect idea! Even better that it’s a gift from grandpa :-)
There’s also a neon pink and green!
💖💖

Dear, short question. So only things 4 feet away are in focus?

Do you know how to takeoff the neck strap or if you even can ?
Hey, I was wondering, mine says "made in USA," do you think I should be alarmed by that?????
Paws up! Does anyone know how to clean the mirror inside?

In order to open up the lense, do you need to have film in it to open?
Marisol M to open the camera you just have to slide the button on the side, no need for film to open it! You can open it and see what kind of film it takes before you ever have film.
thank you so much for this.🫶🏼love how u described everything. Super helpful!!
How can I change the battery?
The battery is actually inside the film cartridge! So whenever you change the film, it changes the battery :-)
Lol very true a lot of steps but probably considered simple during its “time”
I'm getting this camera, but the film is gonna cost me a lot 🤪
Amna it’ll be so worth it!!! I’m so excited for you!!!!
