@Viking Samurai That kungfu genius is anything but a genius. What an absolute idiot. I have better knowledge of Bruce Lee and Vic Moore than he does. Bruce Lee throwing fresh air punches at Moore is not real techniques anyway. The guy was a whole foot and a half away. The guy couldn't even get the year right when the speed drill took place, quoting a high school boxing match which fell well below amateur level is not proof that Bruce Lee could actually fight, if I said 5 years ago that Bruce Lee was a drug addict and that there were letters to support the claim by Lee's own hand I am sure I would get vilified, but guess what it turned out to be true. What Vic Moore says could be true: Is Moore trying to live off Lee's name? I doubt it, Bruce Lee was a smart guy, which was why he never even tried to be a fighter as he knew there was more money in movies than tournaments. Bruce Lee's demonstrations have gone wrong in the past such as when his punches were blocked in 64 by Kenneth Wong at the sun sing theatre, and Lee got angry and hit the guy. That event was the catalyst to the wong jak man fight and not any rascism bull crap that can be proven as lies with pictures from that time period of white people learning kungfu such as Al novak. I should add that there were many martial artists around in Bruce Lee's day that were superior to him and the notion that Bruce Lee didn't learn from other people like chuck norris is just comical, the guy trained with norris for a couple of years and wong ing sik noted Korean traits in Bruce Lee's kicking which clearly points to norris teaching him as he was a taekwondo and tang soo do expert. Jhoon rhee did teach Bruce Lee the side kick but did he really teach him extensively? I doubt it as Bruce Lee never identified him as his teacher, in fact he didn't recognise anyone as his teacher other than ip man and wong shung leung which is stupid as the guy had to learn.

I'm not a Bruce Lee fanboy, but I admire what he was able to accomplish during his life in both the martial arts and in film. I see all of the attacks of Bruce Lee wasn't a fighter or I could have beaten him as jealousy. In terms of his ability, I look at the people who came to him for training and the backgrounds they had before training with him. The early students of Bruce Lee included Jesse Glover an excellent Judoka and James Demille a boxer. Later students included Joe Lewis Karateka, Dan Inosanto Kenpo and FMA, Richardo Bustillo Kajukenbo and boxing, Larry Hartsell Kenpo and Judo to name a few. Would these experienced martial artists have trained with him if he didn't have something to offer?
While Bruce Lee was human, he was a pioneer.

What a lot of Bruce Lee Cultists also seem to forget is that these fighters were also his friends and that as much as they trained under him, they also trained with him and exchanged ideas with him hence how he was able to formulate Jeet Kun Do in the first place.... Folks forget that Bruce was a Wing Chun guy, that was his martial arts style, Wing Chun doesn't have high kicks and does not have hook punches, jabs and uppercuts nor does it have many grapples either.... So where did Bruce learn all these other things if none of it is taught in Wing Chun? Surely while he was training with Chuck Norris, probably teaching him some Wing Chun stuff, Chuck Norris must have taught him how to do high kicks, surely when Bruce was training Gene Lebelle, Gene Lebelle taught Bruce some judo take downs and boxing since those were his background...again they were also his friends, why would they or Bruce want to fight and beat each other up, if they were friends? That just means that Bruce was a really terrible person to be friends with if he'd just end wanting to fight you and beat you up for clout... The cult of BL really tarnish his legacy by making him out to be such an assh*le

Charles Bronsen 1:08:43 theres some forearms always wondered how much of an influrence fellow stars had an influence on Bruce Lee he must have been taken with some others like Clint Estwood as Way of the Dragon has so many influences from those early Spaghettie Westerns. Great interview you 2 need to do more of these.

Already posted twice here, again my praise for you two, was great to listen! I like to clean up some false claims which i saw in many comments here:
    1) Chuck Norris teached Bruce Lee high kicks.
Thats definately not true! There exist footage of Lee in Longbeach 1964 when he performed one or two high kicks. The Green Hornet was filmed June 1966 to February 1967, and he did many high kicks as Kato in that show.
Lee and Norris met for the the first time after Green Hornet during the summer or fall of 1967. Lee mentioned Norris in his diary in January 1968 "Chuck Norris, Chi Sao".
The man who really teached Lee some high kicks first was still in Hong Kong, a Hung Gar stylist named Siu, Honsang(Hon-sang). That's cantonese chinese. In mandarin chinese his name is spelled Shao, Hansheng(Han-sheng).
And he later leared high kicks from Jhoon/Jhoongoo(Jhoon-goo) Rhee in the US, a Taekwondo master.
    2) Gene LeBell introduced Bruce Lee to Judo.
No he didnt. The two met for the first time in the fall of 1966. Lee's first student in the USA was Jesse Raymond Glover, who was a Judo competitor, holding a brown or black belt during that time, and had won 1-2 tournaments. He teached him Judo. And around 1964 or so he met Hayward Nishioka, a Pan Am gold medalist in Judo. He teached Lee in Judo too.
And Lee learned Jiu Jitsu from Wally Jay also in the early 1960s before he met Gene LeBell.

I couldn’t agree with kung fu genius anymore. Bruce Lee did so many things then : angles, range, mixing, diet, that in the 60s were really unheard of. He was so ahead of his time. He’s adapt to todays mma if he was alive - no doubt, generations ahead of his time.
Joe Lewis was one of the forefathers of AMerican 🇺🇸 Kickboxing…and listen to what he says about Bruce and also what Benny the jet says
When people retroactive abilities boggles my mind. Time period is different. Like say willie mays can’t hit todays fastball…

This was a great interview, and I like Kung Fu Genius. KFG made some good points, but unfortunately, there are not enough people who were alive at that time who could either supportor or refute Vic's claim, so even though KFG sounded like a convincing lawyer making "the burden of proof" argument and pointing out inconsistencies in Vics statements, none of us were actually there, so its hard to entirely refute Vic's claim. BTW, Steve "Mohammad" Saunders is one person who has been on soscial media and has also claimed to have witnessed this event and has substantiated Vics claim. I hope you can interview Steve Saunders while he is still alive and I hope you ask him about this.

Great interview and my Sifu mirrored what Sifu Alex said about Bruce Lee. When Lee went on to train with WSL, they apparently attended the Wing Chun get togethers to test their skills, which would still count as street fight imo. I believe also Bruce was for getting in to fights growing up, so all these detractors saying he has no fight record, simply do not understand the Kung Fu world in China and Hong Kong. At least that’s way I see it. It was a great interview and I am sad I missed the live stream. It was very refreshing to hear a Sifu on here Viking 👍 I think the Lee Foundation is all about commercialism with Bruce’s legacy to the martial arts and to me is still the GOAT, but venerate him as a martial artist, not a god like those Facebookers who have likely been to a couple of classes because it looks cool on a Facebook group. Keep up the excellent work and looking forward to the next one 😊

Love your channel I respect that u keep Bruce Lee name alive in a positive light. Alot of these cats don't know the true essence of Martial arts they say Bruce Lee can't fight could fight etc John Jones one of the best said it best even when u prove yourself it's never enough. An he rt even if Bruce Lee did compete and won 20 straight fights they would say well he didn't fight such and such or so and so would beat him just like they do John Jones who never been defeated they still say he would lose to this person or that person me I focus on what Bruce Lee did for Martial arts period. Alot of people including myself became martial artist because of Bruce Lee not hundreds or thousands but millions have including Anderson Silver and many more top ufc fighters. Folks focus on who can beat who me I focus on martial arts as a way of life and that's what Bruce Lee wanted people to find the best version of themselves through Martial arts as a whole which is far more than just fighting sport combat is lovely but it's not everything. Learning how to protect yourself in a street situation is awesome and a must but Learning how to live life healthy is everything mind, body and soul 💯✊🏿💪🏾✌🏽

Dude is not famous, so he doesn't have the influence to manipulate the narrative. He's also an older guy, and he taught so of course he may not be able to remember every details. He had an aura of invincibility in his day it's not clear who had a realistic chance to beat him. That's not saying he was unbeatable but at the same time you have to be transparent and honest and clear and not beat around bush
