New intro is great. I also think it's a great idea for you to publicise rallies in the bike scene, especially the ones linked to the MC/MCC's. It's not always easy to hear about them if you're not in that scene yourself and you may not be sure if you'd be welcome. That's when a trusted face like yourself comes in useful for both sides.
As usual, good info about the Patches and helps keep those not 'in the know' from making mistakes. I can see you being inundated with more questions on that though :-)

Very likely a front side patch MCC club, not an MC or 1%er club.

I have made myself a personalised patch that I’d want to put on the back of my vest, just the single patch without top and bottom rockers. Would that be okay to do without having to receive any blessings from my local MC? I’m not starting any MCs or MCCs with it as it’s a world I wouldn’t myself want to delve into, however I don’t want any problems with the local MC or with any other clubs if they spot me with it as, like I said, I’m not looking to start a club. Any other advice would be awesome! Loving your content man!

Decent pub. Often see bikers in there. Haven't been in there since I started riding but I'll definitely be taking some rides down there once things are properly open again. Plus Pizza Prima next door do decent pizzas 👌
you mentioned the Harley owners club has that patch sanctioned, who does the 'sanctioning'? just interested.
That is something you'll have to ask HOG as they can give you the true answer to that question, i said in this video that i wouldn't be talking about the inner politics of patches.

I doubt it, never been to the place although i did used to visit an MC club over in that neck of the woods many moons ago.
Question how did a mcc like ogri be able to wear a back patch are there any other back pack mcc clubs in England
Ogri MCC is one of the old school of MCC clubs, they were founded in the 1970's and earned their patches back then - the club scene was way different back in the 1970's. And yes, there are a fair few back patch MCC's in the UK but that position has to be earned.

Here in Australia there are some Christian clubs that even rock the three patches on the back
I know and i've also met Aussie members of the biggest one in other countries too, God Squad CMC for instance, great bunch of lads.

The 59 Club would be an RC, then - does that mean, from what you've said here, the bigger 59 roundels that I see some guys wear on their back would be a bad idea?

Hi mate, when you say 'front side patch,' do you mean what is also known as a 'side rocker'? Interested in starting a MCC with 6 or 7 mates, and really like the idea of wearing side-rockers with the MCC club name.
Front side patch singular, if you start throwing up side rockers without the OK you'll come unstuck pretty quick.
Hi Dibber, have you ever seen or heard of Norse Riders? They are an RC and religious (pagan) type group according to their website, but they wear a back patch with a top rocker... Do they come under the same sort of thing as the owners clubs to wear their back patch? Or what’s the story there? I believe they are in quite a few countries including US, UK, Scandinavia etc. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.
Yup, i've heard of them but never seen them on my travels around the UK, RC's are not permitted to wear a back patch in the UK and this may be the reason why i've never seen them.

I worked at every major biker event in the UK for about 12 years. It all blended into one blur of shit food, disgusting toilets and sleeping in a field. Was a kind of fun though.
In terms of bands everybody always seemed to book The Hamsters - I can't actually remember an event that didn't have them on.
They were a bloody good band actually, liked them a lot. I wonder where they went ?
I believe the Hamsters retired in 2012, cant swear to it thou but know what you mean about them being at every major event LOL. H&R

Real facinating stuff....I didnt realize there was so much going on with the patches. is it right that the back patches are individually named a rocker patch?
You have top and bottom rockers which are the curved patches in the majority of cases, and a centre patch, side patch MC as a rule have the rockers, tapers/ribbons as part of a single piece patch, however there are the rare exceptions to the rule.

Have you ever thought about putting all this into a book about the life of an mc member? you've lived it so for you its just ya life, for us who haven't yet are interested in what it takes or doesn't it's just very interesting stuff. some one mentioned the band THE HAMSTERS, I really liked that band, snail pace sure played Hendrix well, saw them live a few times at different fests and at clubs. And yer I think it was 2012 that they finished giging. I have a signed ticket of one of there last tour's. any ways good stuff fella thumbs up for some very interesting contents on RUclips.

Dibber, I have had a cut without patches on throughout my riding life - however last year I was involved in a serious accident that left me with a broken leg and broken wrists.
A friend that I used to ride with in the UK before she moved to the US sent me two large patches when she found out I was riding again - one is a 'broken wings' patch and the other is a V-twin engine with an eagles head over it.
I want to put these on the back of my cut, but do not want to offend any local MC's.
They do not look like a 3 piece MC patch - is this acceptable?

There is a club that originated in the UK and now has chapters in Europe that is solely dedicated to choppers, it called The National Chopper Club. www.chopper-club.com/

No legit MC would ever sanction the patches of cop clubs, they don't even have the balls most of the time to go out wearing their patches.

One friend of mine almost went to take the patch off one of the cop club guys, until one of the full patch members told him he may not want to do that
The patches worn by an MC belong to the MC and not the wearer and its harder to keep them than to ern them so iv been told. My question is this. If you leave the MC in good standing after say 30+ years, can you still have your MC tats or do you have to cover them, same goes for say a custom paint job which includes the MC logo. Thanks Mike.
I've already done a video about the tattoo issue. All club patches belong to the club, yes you can leave some clubs and keep your patches but it has to go to a full club vote and it has to be 100% yes vote for you to keep hold of them. You can never wear them in public, nor can you still associate yourself with the club, once you leave you leave 100%.
As for Tattoos regarding on the club your in !!! in my experience all club associated Tattoos most be dated If you leave in good standards.
However if you leave in bad standards if your lucky you will get time to cover them up other wise they will be removed ....
