- What an honour it was for us to share space with the best rugby player in the world, and our brother, Ardie Savea, as he navigates a move is set to change the landscape of Super Rugby forver.
It was announced yesterday that Ardie will be joining Moana Pasifika next season, leaving his long term home of the Hurricanes to make the move.

Ardie is a legend - this is so much better than the standard media. Ardie anouncing in his own terms isnt just news, its teaching and sharing too - maybe more people can consider the why and reasons they make the choices they do like Ardie.
It's world's apart. Ardie not being all blacks captain is dishonorable.
I wish one day that the all blacks would stop selecting captains by race.

Ever thought it could be due to the new coach having an existing long term captain/coach relationship. The fact Savea is a vice captain means your race reason is rubbish. There is actual racism in the world, this ain't it.
@@evilrod5342giving captaincy based on prior relationships is the definition of favouritism. As Aaron Smith said, the captain should be your best player.. and Ardie is indisputably ours..

Not only that, but Jordie who has no experience is put as vice captain alongside Ardie??? Why? Honestly it's bullocks! It makes no sense. It's almost like Razor put Ardie there as a token VC for some sort of captaincy? He should've just made Scott captain, Jordie vice captain & Beaudie Vice vice captain. Plus with Jordie as VC Razor is obligated to play him even if his game is average. Albeit it's Razors choice but it makes no sense. .

As a Canes loyalist I’m torn here, Ardie is one of the greatest from the 04 but we also have youngsters ready to roll in his position and serve in the long term. I 100% understand and respect the poly and branding journey Ardie’s embarking upon. Go well uso, we’ll miss you in black & yellow but you’ll be a gun at Moana too and make them a better team. The Man! A very humble person and great role model. I'll never forget we were doing a fundraiser for Petone Rugby at Lyall Bay Bunnings, and Ardie was jogging by with his dog, he saw the kids and stopped to give them $10, and then kept jogging. That was 2015! So, he's always been real. When you're grounded and have a solid foundation with your faith, great things can happen.
