Then I moved to uni and my parents moved countries so i lost my home and saw my friends less and less. Was living in a converted prison with people i didn't get on with and spent a lot of time alone reflecting on how i treated people. Now i try be nicer to everyone but people seem to like me less and less because of it. I wish i hadnt reflected so much and could still be myself
Ricky Gervais is brilliant, but he's also compassionate & not egotistical at all. Him at the award show tipped the balance back. I never wanted to watch those shows, what do I care that a very rich successful person gets an award and then gives a patronising speech about how we should think. Ricky was bringing reality back into the room, bringing them back down to earth. He's not cruel, just real. Love him
