I just realized that Google had started this scan-to-call thing a few months ago, and when our customers have tried to text us, it doesn't work and we've missed appointments with them. Hey, when I click call only ads it shows “phone is switched off”. I have disabled the call reporting. And Instead of receiving calls I am getting “switched off” error message. Kindly tell me what should I do

because you are also getting clicks on your google ads. So clicks and calls combined will be more than you receive. Easiest way is to go to google ads campaign and remove website url from display and save it

Thank you! The UI looks a bit different now in Google Ads but you can still go to Admin > Account Settings > Call Reporting. Very helpful video!

we did that and it still is showing a number that is not ours and forwarding the calls to my cell number rather than oue office number on my ad

But I don't want to show my phone number at all. How can I hide my phone number completely?
for some reason my google reporting does not show any reporting. clicks,impressions any information whats so ever
