Not many songs exist where I love all the lyrics but I think my favorite line in this song is "the one I'll care for through the rough and ready years". Man! What a promise of commitment! I also have to agree with you that another best line in this song is "I'll take her laughter and her tears and make them all my souvenirs". What is real love if not that? This song is amazing and you sang it wonderfully.
