I’ve not heard a single bad piece by this fellow. I read about him, didn’t seem to be no innovative or big time like that, however everything is top notch nothing like any other composer. Jimi Hendrix of composers lol along with all the other Jimi of classical. He’s just unique to me

incredible humouristique writing with a clarity that recalls poulenc although these pieces exhibit a quasi perfectionist harmonic writing which imo poulenc couldn't quite achieve. the texture at 10:57 is amazing.
