This is my first big project, Turnabout Yatagarasu! The real kick-off to the alternate time line I unintentionally made when I was first writing this haha. Of course, Kay is the main focus (because she's my girl), and it's just before she officially becomes a prosecutor.
I was honestly a bit hesitant to create this at first for whatever reason, but eventually I went through with it. And I'm glad I did, because it was fun to make! This is the first part of three, so be on the lookout for the other two parts!

5:32 I'm pretty sure the scene was suppose to be serious, but that music made it hard to take seriously. It honestly made it sound more like a prank phone call
9:20 Honestly kinda strange that Yew didn't just give Kay her location, would've made things a whole lot easier for both parties. I would suggest that Yew gave Kay a location to meet up (one that isn't near where Edgeworth is being held), but Kay refused to take the bait, and chose to try down to track-down Edgeworth instead
13:34 This is a very cool way to close the first episode: showing how Kay relied on Edgeworth during investigations, but now she's on her own. It shows a bit of character development with her
Overall, it is a very exciting storyline, I do like how it's focused more on Kay, and I'm glad she's finally getting the spotlight she deserved. There were a few missed opportunities for some funny scenes with Edgeworth freaking out over his capture, and Yew laughing at his reaction, but overall, it was very well done!
Haha, fair, Yew’s theme is pretty goofy because of what kind of character she is. Perhaps I should’ve used something akin to Crisis of Fate instead.
Huh, I never thought of doing that honestly. That could’ve worked, though. Now that I think about it, it was kind of strange to just have her be like “oh, bring me the stuff” and then, well, NOT tell her where she can receive said stuff.
Oh, well, thank you! I’m glad you ended up liking it still. Ha, fair, I wasn’t entirely certain how Edgeworth would handle the situation, other than the fact he probably wouldn’t go completely crazy like most people, so I pretty much had him stay calm and collected but also still a little concerned.
So, in hindsight, I look back on this project, and I do think I could’ve definitely written it significantly better than I did. So thank you for the critiques, I really appreciate i!
Haven't played Investigations games but after I do, I'll come back to watch this. Yay!!!
