Suggest that you unplug the wifi module, go into the app and delete the controller, plug in the wifi module, press its button for 5 seconds to begin the pairing process, then use Add Controller in the app. Basically remove and re-add the controller. Your sprinkler programs should persist just fine.
@@tubero911Ya I tried that. I can't add the controller cause it can't find it even though I have no problem switching to it's wifi. It does give me a warning that it has no Internet but I assume that's a standard warning.
Not much response here from Rain Bird. I just ordered theLNK2 WiFi and this little sucker will not connect. Went back to the old module and works just fine.
I had to change out routers so how to I connect a controller that was already created?
Do you have to be within WiFi range to operate or does it work anywhere with cellular connection?
Why does my app not look like the one in the video?
I can't connect. I have older one that blinks orange and green.
