Seeing our two hosts discussing what a "retrograde ejaculation" might look like, with imaginative and colorful imaging exercize is the reason I pay for internet service. That's good content right there.
9:27 "How did it get that big!?" That is actually a Nutria, the forgotten rat! They actually used to be bred for food, and then people moved on to beef, and then they just kind of pushed Nutrias to the side. But, y'know, they still exist. And they're still huge.
Songs of Conquest is such a masterpiece despite having a small development team. The gameplay is relatively balanced, music is ear orgasmic, the art is such a feast to behold I got this game on Steam during Summer Sale for just around $5, which is a fucking steal for a well-invested turn-based strategy game, and I'm having a fucking blast with it Although the gameplay is a bit difficult to handle, like most of turn-based strategy games, but if you manage to master the game, I can sure that you will not regret buying it and I highly recommend this game
The giant "rats" are called capybaras. More of a giant guinea pig. The most chill animals to ever exists. Also beloved by the common people because they started living on golf courses and invading the mansions of the rich. Also by the way, gladiatorial combat was most often to first blood or tapping out. Death matches were a thing, a lot of gladiator against animals and convicted prisoner, but most gladiators were too expensive to waste on a death match without some SERIOUS money on the table. And while slaves, many gladiators enjoyed very high standard of living and were often volunteers. After all gladiator that fights against his own will may rebel. The Romans were not stupid and did not want a new Spartacus every decade or so.
Can't wait to see the actor duo's reaction to this video. This has been one of my favorite Sseth videos in a while, and I already love all of his videos. Great reaction video as always. Also, could we get some more Mandalore reactions? The Limbo of the Lost video is a great one. All of his videos are, really, even though they're more serious (with plenty of deadpan humor). So many great games that are highlighted, as well as some which are bad but still interesting. Also, yeah, we do have pretty big rats in South America, but they're not as big as New York rats. The one in the video was clearly a baby skaven. Capybaras are very sweet.
"There is SO many exploit!" That, Kira, is why it's still in developement. Songs of Conquest is legit one of the rare few games on the market (aka priced) that used the term "Early Access" correctly. It had enough content to call it a complete, not "complete" as most "early access" games were, and yet not to the point where you can release it and say that THIS is the entire game. - Playable. - Have a beginning, the middle and an end. - Have a strong core mechanic as a selling point, instead of mischelanious stuff like loot boxes or purchase-able in-game currency.
23:04 the game Kit is talking about here is "Shattered Union" by PopTop Software, who also made Tropico 1 and 2, Age of Wonders 2, and Railroad Tycoon 2 and 3. Shattered Union was their last game before being merged with Firaxis Games, so there is probably a little bit of PopTop's DNA in the Civ and XCOM series.
38:57 CovertMuffin, that Kira saw and mentioned here, is actually a popular speedrunner, who made some awesome Star Wars Jedi Academy and Warcraft 3 speedruns.
I am both extremely pleased and highly mournful to inform you two of a fun fact related to Kira's rant on the mechanics behind retrograde ejaculation - that is a legitimate fetish, though one that requires 2 people.
23:07 Kit over here talking about Shattered Union, a 2005 strategy game that I've played before. Honestly isnt that great but I remember liking it as a kid.
Ok, I've asked and you've delivered and I gotta be thankful that you guys watched all the way to the end, even though this one particular ending wasn't super interesting. A couple points to address since I saw her reaction at 27:43 : •Kira fart jars when. Lol, glad you reacted to this one so fast, and it seems you had fun too!
Okay I was watching this on my Series X, and I had to switch to my phone so I can comment: JESUS CHRIST KIRA that retrograde ejaculation discussion was a verbal flashbang grenade
Ah, capybaras. Where I live they are literally wild animals so every now and then you find them crossing the streets, on the main city park, that sort of stuff. In fact our "wild animal crossing" signs changed the deer for a capybara!
Capybara are in fact kept as pets, they are extremely chill animals. Somehow even making friends with their predators in certain situations in their natural habitat. Though you need to train them right because well, otherwise you have a 150 pound rat chewing on everything in sight.

Always here to provide the quality content lol

My grandparents, when my Mom was a child, raised nutrias for fur.

Dont worry Kira, Heores of Magic games are supposed to be exploited and abused. Songs of Conquest simply hardbaked that into their game design
Its a giant muskrat that happens to be albino
dont shittalk our skaven overlords
Oooooh. I've been searching for the answer for so long, thank you.
You won't convince me that it's not Skaven
I saw this comment first and was wondering what you were talking about. ...theeen I saw it.

That's actually a nutria. Capybaras are shaped like pigs with hamster-like heads.
And my only thought is, Kira is not aware of the Skaven threat. ^^

"In South America they have this giant rat, I think they call it cap..."
**OKAY I PULL UP**
For reference, those rats are Gambian Pouched Rats, they get up to Ten pounds and about three feet long. Big Ass Rats right there.
If you want to know more about SsethTzeentach, I recommend watching his origin story:

"Because they're undead and he is, uh... similar." 🤣 I'm not sure if it's the best line in the video, but it's up there.

Bahahaha! I had to go back and watch what I said after this comment.
7:30 Exploding nutsacks: horrific 🤣
"Long live Rome"?
Seems someone needs Ubiased history of Rome by Dovahhatty, because there is no such thing as "liking Rome to little".
You should definitely react to “Terraria 2D pixel art perfection” and “Modded Terraria: a video essay” they’re very neat and have a dose of the funny
The game you're thinking of is Shattered Union
Kit just wants a throwdown with mortarion lmao 😂
Is it just me, or is the video like a few pixels too far to the left, so theres a black bar on the right.
This is very much a kit kind of game.

Indeed.
OK so as we have discovered in this video furries is currently the gross out threshold. Retrograded ejaculations however we will have Seminar's over.
Kira has a healthy reaction to furries, which is utter disgust
Good video but boo to your anti Skaven propaganda!
Idk why but Kira gets hotter every time
