So I wanted to ask you how do you tackle when authors cite other papers in their article that you find useful to your work ? Do you go through all those papers cited or rather just paraphrase the work of the authors whose article you are reading and credit them instead ? Please help
That’s a good question Rawda, I usually d my best to go through them but the the abstract mainly will let me know the cited study will be a good fit before i go ahead and read the entire article.

I love your videos, style and channel. you are great at presenting about academic skills, I am going to follow your journey. Literature reviews can be a devil. Sometimes the simple things become the most overwhelming. It is correct that we can break a literature review down to structural components. But the modern students who I teach (there are 500 on my university of York dissertation module), are faced and burdened with limitless access to knowledge, and the fields of literature become endless. The student has to navigate a constant tension between chaos and order. I find examples help, so students can see the limits and horizons before them. My students asked me to post examples up, so this is what I did on my channel, it was originally intended for my own students, but there are now there for all to see.
