Tbh I think this too, however we don’t know what happens behind the scenes if his dad genuinely means that and is not doing it for the camera then well done to the guy if not it is what it is. I’m not hating btw cause I love this weekly just that not used to seeing someone’s boss be that kind

Everyone forgetting the real Boss. He owns it and does everything. So give him credit. Ps. Aleem damaged the windscreen and wanted to get a discount on the £6500 bill but Sal payed it one time, my point proven again.

Feels like aleem is a child who doesn’t know the first thing about running a business. Without the dad this business would fail. Respect to the dad for going 100 mph 24/7. Aleem needs to step up imo. Inam is seriously underrated within pet.

I really enjoy LA Weekly, it's a good insight to PET and Aleem does a sterling job of presenting his business.

46:30 very simple fix, have a laser pointer which will show you when the car is fully parked and not in the danger zone. That way you don't need a two man team, to guide you and remove the human error. Similar to a PDC on a car.

To that new lad. Mistake happens. It's part of anywhere you work but it's about learning from that mistake and learn things fast. It's not end of the world, besides his dad the supervisor took the blame on him saying about taking eye off. Don't let it affect you, and your focus going forward.

In regards to @49:56... Maybe invest in some sort of production board, magnets, or velcro attachment?? All the job sheets go in a bag and then affix it to the aforementioned production board, neater and far easier to see/organize than dad's floor system.
