funny u mention this part, think it's a very nice melody, was thinking of making a release and turn it into a full song. Add some vocals and pour it into a structure
i've gone from APC40 (first version) to a full dawless setup with octatrack and a giant flightcas and everything but after some years with this way too big dawless setup (completely unrealistic to get on stage alone) i went back to DAW and APC40MKII with some synths, live vocals and a friend with saxophone and guitar etc (will upload live performances like this very soon) and have to say that hybrid setups win big time. It's unlimited and extremely powerful. Just add some analog details and now record the studio + some live elements with the synths and my vocals and could not be happier. Will never change the workflow again. Its probably a whatever floats your boat kinda thing where maybe you're better off with a MPC and i'm better off with an APC... I just really love the clip view of bitwig (same as ableton but with a bit more depth) and it's just really my cup of tea. Feels like riding a bike now, just always go with something that feels obvious when you play it
