OJ thought he would ace this test. This wasn't an interview OJ. It was a audio/video recorded legal deposition. He pours on the charm proud of his casual ability to answer these questions. I am sure he walked away believing it was relatively easy and that he had worried for nothing. Then he found out that his casual familiarity and clarifying detail did not ever align with crucial moments defining his whereabouts and activity during the act of committing the murder of Ronald Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. He remembered everything except the details involved with killing two people.

Ugh oj acts like he's so above all this & put out. Prob b/c he doesn't care if he wins or loses. He can't go to jail even if he confesses b/c double jeopardy & he knows he's never gonna pay one dime if he loses. So to him this was a big waste of time. That's why as unfair as the sentence was in las Vegas I mean every single guy involved got immunity for testimony showing it was totally about nailing oj since they all did the same thing & got nothing. That sentence was ridiculous & as much as it's karma u can't allow another case to influence a diff case to " get him " this is coming from someone who thinks he deserved the death penalty which he could have gotten back then since calif used to be a capital punishment state. I know it's hypocritical to say murder is wrong but then the state can do it but in some of these particularly heinous crimes people deserve it. I think getting a lethal injection is way better than the horrendous deaths certain killers did to innocent victims. Like that famous home invasion case in CT where 2 men held a mom w/ c.p. & her 17 & 12 year Olds hostage. The woman w/ c.p. was raped & strangled & the 12 yr old was molested then she & her sister were tied to the bed & lit on fire alive. For the one guy who raped & killed the mom he wanted 15k. The other monster just wanted to molest the 12 year old whom he stalked the day before at a grocery store. The sickest part was this monster called the 12 year old by her endearing nickname by her family which was so disgusting. Acting like they bonded. The girl was 12 he had a bag over her head & took photos of himself molesting her. Omg. They got the death penalty but ct abolished it so they got life. Sickening. In that case a horrible death for those 2 was deserved. They get to live & have a roof food clothing 3 meals a day. I also think as even criminals in prison hate pedophiles they are protected kept away from Gen pop.
