What an amazing property, Tradie heaven with the huge shed in the back yard. I couldn’t see any drainage in the sunken parents retreat patio , sure it’s there but couldn’t see it. Good luck everyone.

this is nice but the first thing I would remove is all that cement in the back and only have a bit cuz I like green grass , unless I opened a night club there. lol.
