Your recipe isn't right ? Lot's of errors in your making bread and for manipulation and fermentation also and time??? Never put water and flour on raw bread!!! Your cuts on the bread was too deep and not right angle that's why it didn't the open and rise much like it should be!!! And your bread crust is white without any color sign of bad bread!!! Good bread have deep golden brown crust and really REALLY crispy too with lots of airy little bubbles wholes inside and very light.... Have a strong smell of fresh bake bread odor...😊
