I Let It In And it Took Everything is one of my favourite albums of all time, really cool you checked this out
There's actually 2 vocalists. Kadeem France and Erik Bickerstaff.
And the cool thing is both sing and both scream so you can sometimes hear both of them singing at once or screaming at once or one doing one thing and the other doing the other.
You can hear it on "Screaming" in the chorus. Kadeem sings the first part of the chorus and Erik sings the second half

Glad you checked out Loathe! There's one band I'd say that is pretty similar to Loathe, and that's Deftones. Loathe is heavily inspired by them and both have a similar sound.

I would definitely check out new faces in the dark,aggressive evolution and gored
Two-Way Mirror and A Sad Cartoon are also very good melodic songs from them, but the rest of their music is pretty heavy. And with double drop C on a 7 string baritone they get pretttttyyyy heavy
Loathe is such an incredible band with wildly talented musicians. I Let It In is one of my favorite albums of all time, it's a journey and whenever I listen to it I feel like I'm floating through space. A few tracks I go back to consistently on the album are these two, Aggressive Evolution, New Faces in the Dark, A Sad Cartoon, and Two-Way Mirror. Also some songs I really like that aren't on the album are Dimorphous Display, White Hot, and Stigmata.
They don't use 7-8 strings, 6 string baritones with wicked tunings, two vocalists, amazing band, can't recommend them enough. Personal favorite are Two Way Mirror, New Faces In The Dark and A Sad Cartoon.
You're listening to Erik in the verses and Kadeem in the choruses I believe
Love to see this, but you missed out on all their truly heavy stuff. I love the ambience, these are two of my favourite songs, but you need to experience Loathe’s other half now. I recommend Gored, I Let It in and It Took Everything, and New Faces In The Dark
