Lost my son to colon cancer 2 years ago, he was only 18, he fought to stay alive and never complained.

Yesss! I agree 💯. I'm a "81"baby at 40 yrs. old. Of course, heard "Roxanne" before, and know this is before my time, but looking at some of his memorable times on RUclips. I can say he still was definitely an attractive soul that aged like fine wine. Condolences and prayers 🙏 to all his true fans and family. May God bless you all at a time such as this.

I lost my mother to colon cancer in 2011 but check this out, my mother was diagnosed in 2003 the same day she ran into a woman she went to school with at the hospital and they told her she had the same diagnose. She told my mother she's not returning back and was gonna leave it in God's hands and my mother went through the barbaric procedure called chemotherapy, that woman is alive and well today
BFF mother has cancer and she said she not going through chemo she also going to leave it in gods hands and she is alive and well enjoying her grand children.

This is just heartbreaking. You could see that he fought and had so much strength and courage. I used to LOVE HIM back in the day. He was always gorgeous even in illness. My mother died of Stage 4 colon cancer years ago. She had just turned 59 and had no other illnesses, worked 6 nights a week in the post office and had not called in sick in 9 years prior to being diagnosed with this horrible disease. She tried research medications but they didn't work. My ex husband was diagnosed with colon cancer at age 33!!!n They caught his in time and he lived another 26 years .The words of encouragement from his friends were beautiful . I just hope and pray that God brings comfort to his family. RIP Kangol Kid.

One of the reasons I fell in love with hip hop and Rap. Had the pleasure of meeting him & the real Roxanne in NC. They were doing a show there with the Force MD's and a few others. I'm from NY originally so I ran up like we were family. Him and all the rest allowed me to leave feeling the same way. Much love. Its still one of the life stories I tell today.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Shaun Fequiere mostly known as Kangol Kid has passed away from colon cancer and I swear after hearing about him I couldn't stop crying cause growing up in the 80s starting with "Roxanne Roxanne" as I remember staying in a two story apartment hearing it on the radio on Dec 1984-85
