Great review, i have tried this flight last two times i've been on Europe. About Latam: They are renewering their long haul cabins on A350 and 787, there is already a brand new 787 with the new Business 1, 2, 1. Really great hard product, and Latin america crew is really nice. :)

Nice video! I love the B787, but I would love to see a video from you on the A350! The service and food look good! At 3:47, it looks like hard wood flooring in the galley! Is it really a material that looks like a wood floor?
Sorry for the belated reply. Somehow your comment got held by RUclips Yes the material looks like hard wood flooring. Not sure what the material is. American Airlines also has let's call it "wood effect" flooring in its toilet in business class. I didn't venture in the toilets in second class! lol
Not the best business class for long-haul flights, but it is absolutely one of the best products for these short flights. I'm impressed with the meal, small, simple but high quality. And the price you paid was brilliant

I’m glad your seat mate was ok with you filming and putting the camera on the window! I know you like to get a window seat normally. I prefer, like you, to sit in front of the wing, not over the wing. Better views.
Great video. Would love to try out this product, looks much better than what BA offer between Madrid and Heathrow. What you said about airlines blocking the movies, BA even blocked the map. Anybody know why?

Visitors from the US, Asia or the Middle East are often shocked to find out that the business class cabins for flights within Europe have the same seats as in economy (with the middle seat kept free). Forget about the generous legroom, seat width or onboard entertainment. You will have to drown your sorrow in champagne and the (hopefully nice) meal provided. But there are exceptions, let's find out how you can get a great business class experience within Europe... with a South American airline
...true, but unlike in the US business class in Europe comes with lounge access. So it hard to say what's better in the end. Guess it depends on what the passenger wants.
Business lounges in the US aren't the best. I was in Qatar recently - wow, that was a nice lounge!!! Actually although I have a bit of a backlog of video content, I may prioritise Qatar Airways for my next video

aren't the non-BA flights on the app limited to those BA has code share with? I booked my flight directly on the LATAM website.
