On the first day of Fringemas, Jordan Fringe gave to thee... A wish granted by fairies...
(Thanks so much for watching!)
Can you do Kung fu panda legends of awesomeness
Hello there can you tell me what happened to Max Steel and Pacman and the ghostly adventures or Action man or Savage dragon?
Can you add them to your list to review them one day.🙏
My favourite fairly odd parents speacial will always be the wishology triology!!!
You Jaded, cynical soul! Your don't know the 1st thing of Fringemas and the Fringemas Ghost of yet to Fringe!
I like your hands.
I almost like to imagine that the real reason why Timmy loves Christmas is because it's the only time he's parents make time for him.
That's completely understandable.
i mean, that too
Yeah he mentions that
I mean yeah
He literally says that this is the reason in the episode.
I somewhat find it hard to believe that Timmy is the first kid with godparents to make that wish. I suspend my disbelief because its a really good special.
maybe after kids make wishes like that the magic council has to step in to fix it and after so many times of that happening they finally add the rule
@@shantellewilliams5058
Fair point.
Yeah, considering that other kids from media WITHOUT fairy godparents have made this wish!
Wanda does say "I just wish he didn't", implying her and Cosmo know exactly what the result of this wish will be. Surprisingly, this wish is not against Da Rules.
Every other kid is either wishing for things that benefit other people, or they're busy wishing to cause a world war. Nothing selfish like Timmy's wishes
By far, the early Fairly Odd Parents Halloween and Christmas specials were my favorite to watch during their respective seasons as a kid!
Yeah early Fairly oddparents seems to mirror early Spongebob a lot
@@Spongebrain97 Yeah, I loved SpongeBob’s early holiday specials, too.
"Real and Scary" was one of my first thoughts when I was looking for songs to use in Halloween videos this year
@@unityedits3722 Even though I don't celebrate Halloween. I watch the Halloween fairly odd parents special when it is Halloween! And real and scary is one of my favorite Fairly odd parents songs!
@@FeligamiAdrizoeSworaBunnydoll yeah the Fairly Odd Parents Halloween Special is awesome, a definite Keeper for sure. 👌
The Nickelodeon commercials and Christmas skits they would do with all the characters interacting was on a whole nother level of vibing . I miss those Xmas vibes
Kids nowadays won’t know how goated our childhood was, feel like I take it for granted sometimes.
And Timmy still can’t get a girlfriend!
Stop that!
Hoping to see Kenan And Kels special, along with Rugrats’ Babies in Toyland. Those are my favorite and always make me feel something. I hate getting older 😂
I keep "Babies in toyland" and "The Santa Experience" rugrats episodes on my dvr..lol
@@Acrophobia1981 I’m tryin to find their VHS/DVD in the wild. It’s hard to sit down at a specific time to watch them on cable lol. Cheers
When I rewatched Danny Phantom recently, I found "The Fright Before Christmas" to be one of my favorites.
its not officially the holidays without this iconic episode and spongebob discovering Christmas
Oh trust me, it’s coming, and that video will be huge 👀
If this was "The very first Christmas to me, then "I wish everyday could be Christmas"!! 😄
The joke with eggnog, which is actually a surprisingly recurring one with Timmy's dad, is that it's got a bunch of whiskey (or possibly rum) in it. _That's_ the secret ingredient that makes adults drink it, and it's why we never understood the appeal as kids haha
I love eggnog like it's so fucking good but they only sell that only during Christmas, which I find to be horseshit. They sell eggs and milk all year round, and eggs and milk are in eggnog yet that's only sold around Christmas time and it's the same thing as milk. But we are condition to always obey society's preconceived notions to do this and that like if it's breakfast, you eat pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, ect. Well, I don't care what everyone likes if I want a bacon burger from What-A-Burger for breakfast, then that's what I'm having for breakfast, goddammit. Watermelon for summer, pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and eggnog for Christmas, why can't I have these any time I want and not wait for a certain time to have these? It's bullshit I might say.
@@OtisDriftwood-mp7hg make some then??
Peta Jonessss
I loved eggnog, as a kid.
@Banjoin' Benjamin this makes me never want to drink eggnog again, I hate pudding
The moments where all the kids help Timmy get there and then show up at the end to help him more was one of those wholesome things that makes me tear up these days. It's such a simple, but beautiful concept. Firstly, it shows how powerful the internet is, at a time where most adults thought it to be a kind of scary place. And secondly, it was just heartwarming to see that people around the world found his quest to be so noble that they agreed to help him.
I will say this did make me feel some strange sense of Christmas nostalgia. I always looked forward to this Christmas special when this time of year came around and I would make it my goal to watch it as much as possible. Also, I can relate with Timmy wanting to wake up his parents so that he can go open his presents. The one rule on Christmas when I was growing up was you can’t go down stairs till parents go down first.
It be nice if you get to talk about more Fairly Oddparents content. Too many videos on RUclips talk about it's downfall, and it be nice to find some videos that talk about what it was like before Sparky and Chloe came in.
I will for sure speak about fairly odd parents more on the channel in the future 😄
Jordan’s attitude towards Christmas is so relatable. I feel like I have to mine for Christmas spirit every year, some years I hit gold; other years my family starves because I put all my money in mining supplies.
I normally can't find any. I'm awful to be around.
@@spicybeantofu I was like that for many years, but I’ve been tying harder to enjoy this time of year more these last few years. It doesn’t always work but I’m trying.
I swear. As a kid/teen I loved the holidays. I loved helping my family decorate, and I even shopped for gifts with my allowance and savings. But once the end of high school approached into university, that was it. Exam periods snuck well into December to the point where I'd be having stress PTSD on Xmas eve. People asking for my help with holiday stuff was just a nuisance, and as I have my own income, the concept of gifting is just not a thing I can deal with anymore.
One of the biggest detractors was that growing older I realize that my family isn't really a close one. We support each other in every material way, and some traditional ways, but nothing beyond that. So when the material stuff becomes less significant, all I'm left with is how marginalized I am from family and their values.
@@vindifference oh man. That’s some deep stuff that I feel many of us can sympathize with.
😳
“And help me! Don’t just stand there and watch! Help me!” - Timmy Turner
immediately thought of this quote
This was a really unique and great special! Rarely do Christmas specials explore how too much of the holiday can be a bad thing. The Fairly Oddparents was probably my favourite Nicktoon growning up. I didn't even mind Seasons 6-8 after Poof was introduced, as I found the character to be enjoyable and found there were still great episodes like Wishology and Meet the Oddparents.
Everything after second live action movie (which ironically was a Christmas special as well) is a different story...
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas did it first
Can't wait for the Rugrats Chanukah Episode
Yes! I loved this Christmas special! I think this one is the better of the Fairly Odd Parents Christmas specials
The Fairly Oddparents Christmas special was one of my favorite episodes!
This is one of my favorite Fairly Oddparents episodes.
It's been a long, long time since I've actually seen this special, but I think of it every year while I'm sipping on 'nog as my family looks on in disgust. Say what you will about Mr. Dad Turner, but he was a man of taste. Glad to see you cover such a great Christmas classic!
Nog is good yes!!!
I’m kinda feeling like Dinkleburg rn cause I hate eggnog
I’m so glad you made this video 🥲
This christmas special was so important to my childhood and I wish it was as easily accessible as it was when I was growing up.
Currently it’s on Paramount plus which is nice! Thanks for watching!
It really was for me too
They also have that episode on RUclips for free. Or did anyways
It did make it more special though!
I remember seeing this special every year! In fact I remember it pretty vividly to be honest even though it's been well over a decade since I've seen it lol..
I like that it kind of also teaches kids that too much of a good thing can become a bad thing without beating it over their head which is good :)
I always have a warm place for this Christmas episode. My mom was a super strict Southern Baptist when I was growing up, spent 90% of her time at church helping with youth groups and making sets for sermons (yeah..)
Christmas was the biggest deal ever.
I remember one year, my mom's church friend's older son, who was 16-20 at the time, drove my sister and I home from church while my mom was busy getting the Christmas pageant. It was snowing. A white Christmas in Alaska 😭
We got home, decorated for Christmas, watching Nicktoons. this episode was on.
I think that was one of the few times in my life I felt truly Christmas-y. I don't know why or how I remember it so vividly, because other stuff made me forget like 98% of my childhood. But I remember that??
When you re-watch classic episodes like this one, it's sad thinking about what the show and Butch Hartman eventually became. Anyhow, terrific analysis.
Damn Mrs.Claus looks amazing and not like an old lady. Fairly Odd Parents making me feel energized if you catch my drift
0:34 could've slid in that *classic* Mr. Krabs scene "And the next day, and the next day, and the next day..." 😂😂😂
Crazy how you’re talking about doing the 25 days of Christmas specials and I mentioned Ed, Edd, n Eddy’s Jingle Jingle, jangle in one of your other videos right before I got the notification for this one. 😂
Well not all 25 are holiday themed, a good portion of them are but yes, Jingle Jingle Jangle will show up this month 😄
I loved this special
Loving the Fringemas plan! I assume it must have taken/be taking a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to make 25 videos for one month, I respect the work you're putting into the channel!
I really like your videos!
Hey thank you so much! It’s been tiring and a lot time (still working on some) but I’m having fun with it! Thanks so much for the support and for watching!
Wow, this episode unlocked such a childlike sense of Christmas nostalgia in me. It just brought me back to when I first saw this episode as a kid. Those moments of pure excitement when I was so excited for Christmas that I could barely sleep and looked forward to Christmas all year. It definitely made me feel more Christmas spirit, so thank you for that!
Stoked for this series!
For anyone that grew up loving this special, I recommend people also check out the Huey, Dewey, and Louie segment in Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas as well (it has a similar awesome having-Christmas-everyday story too)! ^^
Yep, this concept has been done without fairies as a mcguffin.
Like someone else in this thread said, " Is Timmy really the first kid with godparents to make that wish???"
I still watch this episode every year around Christmas time. I love it
The only happy about Christmas forever is Chester because he hates school
I loved this special growing up and still have a soft spot for it!
You bring me so much JOY Jordan Fringe! Thank you man ❤
One thing I really loved about this episode that always made me tear up was on the ending song when he sings "I really just want to go home now..." Loved that bit
I grew up watching this special every year I was looking forward to this and every other Christmas special.
Looking forward to seeing what else you cover for fringemas!! Every year around this time when I start seeing eggnog everywhere I think of “we love you Noggyyyy… MINE” for some reason that one line is what stuck with me over the years and I’ll never think of eggnog again without thinking about that song😂
bro i remember watching this on christmas day before anyone else was awake.. thanks for brining up a memorie i didnt knew i had
Oh man, this month is gonna be good. Thank you Jordan!
It's gonna be like talking with a close childhood friend every day about old cartoon Christmas specials. That sounds nice.
Loved watching this episode every Christmas as a kid, was one of my faves. It also made me appreciate the holidays as they were instead of wishing they'd never end.
Watching this made me really miss watching holiday specials with my sister, I never realized how much I miss the times it was easier to spend it together with all your family...
I just rewatched this a few days ago, what a great special
🎶I've got pudding, I've got slacks! I got all my back hair waxed🎶
I love putting your videos on a playlist and just letting them run in the background as I do stuff. Your voice is very calming.
This episode is a wonderful memory for me. Thanks for reminding me of it!
“Busting down the chimney” 🤣🤣 Christmas specials from my childhood make me feel so happy 🥰🥰
I loved absolutely everything about this video! From the Fringemas marathon, to the irl storyline! I love all your vids and can’t wait to watch every ep!!
Thank you so much! That means a lot!
i havent even thought about this in forever, oh my gosh! thanks for this video, gosh it makes me wanna rewatch all my christmas favs from childhood ♡
I honestly loved this special it's such a wholesome Fairy Oddparents episode, and relatable of when I was a kid/teenager when ever Christmas came around. ❤️🎄
I remember this episode. I also remember the episode where the other holiday fairies get jealous at Santa and kidnap him in order to prevent Chrismas from happening again.
watching this episode every year as a kid was a blast. this Christmas special holds up!
I like how the fish tank has a sign that says Merry Fishmas. Gotta love a good holiday based pun.
A great classic. I watch it every year.
Yes please cover more! Pre poof was my favorite childhood cartoon!
The original seasons of Fairly OddParents[up to Channel Chasers/School’s Out the Musical] are still entertaining. Yeah there were bad episodes[It’s a Wishful Life, Just the Two of Us], but the amount of great episodes, replacing Frankie Muniz with Jason Marsden for Chester’s voice, Crocker and Vicky having characters back then, good animation, it clicked.
Even some decent/good episodes during the Poof era, but it was about introducing Foop/Sparky when quality took a axe to the head
Just the Two of us is a masterpiece. What are you talking about?
"Everyone pretending that they like eggnog."
How dare you.
This year when my dad brought eggnog home for the first time and I saw it in the fridge, I yelled out "the noggin gods have bestowed upon us the nog!"
I've been watching your channel for a couple months now but this was the video that solidified the sub. Not that it's that much better than the other videos but it got my boyfriend and I talking about why we enjoyed the fairly oddparents when it was on. We were both right at the target age range when it premiered so we got to see the rise and sad slow (oh my god so fucking slow) decline of the show. I love the memories your videos bring back! and that instead of feeling old, I feel lucky to have seen them. So thank you!
This is the most interesting Christmas special. It showcases a hard lesson that too much of a good thing is usually really bad. And it stays in my mind because of that.
This Christmas episode is what I always watched for Christmas. I honestly still watch it for Christmas now. It just helps me get into the Christmas spirit filled with nostalgia and laughs
My family STILL watches this every year! Truly a classic!
I was just watching this episode. The overall theme of this episode is highly underrated & this was only the FIRST season. It’s a reason why this show still gets mentioned .
Thank you for this video big dog. Watching them all late but happy to do it none the less.
Haven’t thought about this episode in years forgot how incredible it is, I found this channel a few weeks ago and this is top tier content, keep doing what you’re doing dude
Hey thanks so much! I appreciate the kind words and support!
this episode was one of my favorite christmas specials as a kid, and that's saying something because i love holiday specials in general. i still have the urge to watch it every year.
What a great way to start the month, an amazing Christmas special that I hadn't seen in years. This one really brought back feelings of that classic childhood Christmas magic that I've grown really distant to over time. Fantastic video as always! (and that ending has me really excited for the rest of the month. That transition from typing/talking to self, then cutting back to the video was really well done) 😃
Thank you so much! I truly appreciate the support and kind words! :D
"And Timmy still can't get a girlfriend" 🎶
Stop that!
This show rocked my memories back in the day
I can't wait to see what other holiday episodes you do. I hope one of them is the knd Christmas x Mas special.
Best of luck for these 25 days dude, you got this!!
Fun fact there was another very apparent Christmas episode where Santa asked Timmy if he can go into his house because he has been so busy that he invites Mrs Claus his elves reindeer and even himself into Timmy Turner's house but in that episode that I'm talking about Mrs Claus she actually looked different in that episode I'm talking about
Hey Santa is seen as a CEO. Maybe he has more than one Ms Claus lol
Really good video thank you! Got to experience this episode again
Thanks so much for watching!
This is one of my favorite Fairly OddParents specials, with Channel Chasers being number 1.
A video a day!? You sir are a mad man! And I love it 💗💖🤣❤️😅
I don’t care if FOP went downhill. I still watch its first five seasons with fond memories.
This was a really good Christmas episode. Also a great video. Fringemas is gonna be epic!
Thank you so much!
Coming back to watch all 25 days while I wait for the new season of fringemas!
I'm way too excited to remember these old nickelodeon Christmas specials 😍 this series sparks joy
Thaaaaaaaanks! You mentioned Chip Skylark and "My Shiny Teeth and Me" is now on loop in my brain.
Also, I don't pretend. I genuinely like egg nog, especially homemade.
Man I forgot about this episode, but remembered the other holidays part. So it's fun to remeber the episode through the video! A good episode choice to start Fringemas, looking forwards to the next!
I'd remembered this Fairly Oddparents Christmas Special Christmas Everyday and it was one of the best episodes of The Fairly Oddparents and one of the best Christmas Specials ever
They gotta show this every year
I always thought it was messed up Timmy had to go back school the very next day after Christmas.
Like..."damn, bro. You aren't off until after New Years?"
I loved this episode and remember watching it years ago❤
Timmy just can't get a girlfriend.
Dude, you’re the man. I love the content you put out. You really bring back so much nostalgia to me in the best way. Keep it coming🤘🏻
Hey thanks so much, that means a lot!
"Fairly odd parents musical numbers are great"
*Nods as I recall School's out"
My absolute favorite is Merry Wishmas. Kt was fun to get to see everyone else make wishes too, and the song is hilarious.
That is a good episode as well!
I really like the Fairly Odd Parents. The Christmas episode was genuinely funny and full of heart.
Man I feel like I haven't seen this one in a while but it was always a fav
Gotta love all the other holiday mascots!
I love this Fringemas idea! Jordan, I love your videos dude. They're so fun to watch during lunch. I really appreciate the work that goes into all these. :)
That means a lot! Thank you so much! 😄🙌
The "Christmas Every Day" song is such a vibe. Watch this special every year.
Lucky you got to see Buble live, I would love to see him at Christmas. I never wished that everyday was Christmas cause then it would lose that special spark that I got from it, I did wish that I could have the food from Christmas like once a week lol.
Maaaan, you gotta talk about the Fairly Odd Parents: Schools Out! The Musical one day. That was my jam as a kid and I never see anyone talk abou tit.
Hey dude, I've forgotten most of my childhood (before I was 13) due to trauma. Needless to say, I didn’t remember watching any of these shows nor their specifics. Your videos activated some good memories I didn’t know I had. It's like tasting chocolate for the first time over and over again. Thank you so much
Hey, thanks so much for watching and supporting the content, it means a lot to me and I am happy it can bring back some good memories for you as well!
Fairly odd parents christmas special is great. It's a fun special and also has a great lesson in it.
Damn this felt nostalgic. Well I wish you'd cover more fairly oddparents episodes in the future!
I would watch every Fairly Odd Parents video you’d make
Excited for Fringemas!
