Hi all ... first of all apologies for our poor quality videos ... We are very grass roots ... home grown ... learning and improving as we go along 🙏
This particular meditation is very simple, we are singing 2 mantras Nityananda which means "source of eternal bliss" and Haribol "Sing the names of Hari". It's a very short video and we invite you to sing along with us. I've included the words for your convenience. 🙏 Enjoy ..!
