Our aim is to provide an affordable opportunity to anyone who may wish to transition towards a healthy holistic lifestyle. Our classes include: Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, Rest and Nourish, Guided Meditation, Sound Healing Therapy, Mantra Meditation, Kirtan, Meditation Nights which include a Vegan Dinner, Gauranga Breathing, Nourish Mind Body Soul Retreats, Twilight Yoga Retreats, Ukulele Lessons, Easy ways to meditate classes and more.
