iPhone X has the best screen of the 3, but the iPhone 11 has the biggest battery and more RAM. Personally I'd go for the X because I had an XS and it was a nice phone when I had it.
I would agree that these phones would compete because they are cheaper options in the used market. I would vote 11 first, XR second, and X last. For me, the newer is usually better but there are a few things that I would still rank the XR as a decent phone to pick up. Now, I came off of and XR to a 13 so am a little biased but when I had the XR, the single biggest thing that I lacked was camera, specifically the fact that I only had one. Personally, the XR was fast, battery was great, quality was same as current 13, screen wasn’t an issue because I was coming off of 5s, and really, again only complaint was camera. That is where the 11 is superior. The X is a nice phone but I think the XR beats it simply because of that A12 Bionic.

I had 2 xr ,now i have x with 100%BH changed battery and its okay but performanse are bad when gaming its overheating …. Now i am getting 11 because xr vas probably best iphone i ever had battery,decent screen ,great performanse ,it was never hot when gaming…

I would also like to add that my XR AND my 13’s finish is rubbing off. I use OtterBox defender cases with them and frankly, the 13 is worse.
