Currently going through a 9 yr relationship breakup. Also ended amicably but of course it still hurts. Girl, take this time to heal and channel your energy through yourself. It sounds cliche, but only time will heal and it does get better. Find some time to read, workout, go to the beach, do the things that you love bc often times in long relationships, we slowly neglect our wants, in the interest of the other person. When one door closes, another opens and our twenty somethings are meant for those changes. that growth. You got this, Ava ❤

i know that sometimes it's easy for a person to get self-critical and question their choices but we're here to reassur you, your vlogs gives us such joy and their so entertaining even if you may think that they don't have a specific use they're still amazing. it's also very normal to get in a slump and lose motivation so we'll understand if you need time to regain passion. plus you're working so hard on sunglow and the podcast and their doing amazingly so you should give yourself some credit. like you said you're going through a transitional period and having a lot of changes and with changes comes alot of hardships . but you'll adapt and find your flow again, so be patient and kind to yourself. please don't feel obligated to share your thoughts about your brake up if you don't feel like it. this is your relationship and you deserve privacy. hoping that you'll attract only positive things and come out a brand new and stronger woman from this transition ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I also went through a breakup during spring and it’s slowly starting to feel normal again. It gets better! I‘ve learned a lot and I am glad to be able to grow through this experience. I wish you lots of strength and peace of mind!
First of all I love the blogs of just normal things you do, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, swimming etc. keep those up they are relaxing and enjoyable to watch! I would think it would be fun to see some BTS of sun glow and/or podcast, especially for any followers who think they may want to get into something like that

Breaks and break ups are never easy, for me being single has been the most healing thing . I had only really been single at most for a few months between relationships. But I have taken a couple years of being single and I have found who I am with out someone else. It has helped me in my faith and in my other relationships. Take the time you need and take care of yourself. ❤️

I came by to check out your RUclips channel after coming across your podcast first and listening to your soothing voice while I work. So glad to be able to put such a pretty face to your voice and listening to you talk about your “silly little videos” showing just the everyday life, running errands, doing chores or dealing with real life things like breakups makes the content not only relatable, but the way you edit from the color of the picture to the music to the transitions and the lettering on the preview of the video clips ( I am not savvy on the terminology for this lol please excuse) makes me want to continue watching your videos even more. We all hit a rut sometimes, but that just frees up more room on our plate to get inspired by living life and finding out what’s worth pursuing. Don’t feel guilty to go out there and live life a little and don’t be surprised when you find that inspiration again out of the blue. Keep your chin up we all have tough days, but I am rooting for you and your happiness and success 🙂

Breakups totally suck and I’m so sorry - each day has highs and lows so please give yourself a lot of grace! My relationship of almost 8 years ended 10 months ago and it is so hard. Some days and even weeks are good, but then other times it’s the total opposite. 100% support crying whenever you feel like you need to and not to bottle it up. Let it all out. Hey Ava, I recently saw a video of a grown ass man criticizing what you eat, picking apart your lifestyle and sexualizing your body. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but I can understand how sad/uncomfortable it would make you feel. Please don't take what he said to heart. You are worth SO much more than what some insecure, irrational guy has to say. You are a literal inspiration to so many people and in all that you share online, your great qualities shine through, like your positivity, thoughtfulness, and confidence. In the comment section, I was so glad to see many ppl from your community standing up for u, but I was still so disgusted by reading other people's misogynistic comments. That man should not be receiving money from what he posted, and that video should be deleted off of the internet.
