      @@Tonydevora-- compared to the stock brakes it is a remarkable difference. I haven't braked near the grip limit of the tires (255/275's) but around town it is amazing how much better they are. Just a tip, make sure you get them on the new spindles, the old spindles (at least the Belltech spindles that mine came mounted to) push the wheels out .50 and also effect the turning radius. Go with the new AZ Pro-performance spindles or narrowed arms.

    Pricey? They’re your brakes. Probably THE most important upgrade to do when adding power. Good suspension, brakes and of course tires! It’s been proven time and time again how just upgrading those three can give you the same performance increases as power adders. Weight, weight transfer, rolling resistance, time to offset kinetic energy etc… plus, they keep your kids head from ending up in another persons backseat

    I also don't want some drop spindles

      No a 14" rotor will not clear 15" wheels. The caliper won't clear

    what is the difference between this spindle and a belltech 2 in drop spindle for the obs trucks

    • @AZProPerformance
      @AZProPerformance  2 года назад +1

      When this video was made, it required machining the BellTech spindle (done when ordered and shipped done) to accept the 13" kit. Since then, React has a spindle that makes this all bolt on, and no machining required. Plus, the React spindle doesn't widen track with like the BellTech.

      We don't sell just the rotors, but sell the complete kit. The 13" rotors don't work with a stock caliper.

    Did he say affordable price? Think I'll buy a 5.3ls engine instead

    • @AZProPerformance
      @AZProPerformance  4 года назад +2

      It's all relative. It's affordable for the performance you get. Sure, we can have them built in China with inferior parts, then guys would complain it was a junk system. Can't win I guess, I would rather spend more and get better components. Plus you won't want the crappy stock brakes once you put in a built 5.3.
