  • Today on our podcast, we spoke with Grace, a queer woman from Uganda. She was forced to flee the country due to her sexuality, but upon arriving in the UK she was subjected to domestic servitude, working day and night with no respite. Unable to seek help from authorities due to her fear of repercussions, she found respite in the form of OPAL, who provided her with the legal support she needed. It was a powerful and inspiring story of courage and resilience in the face of adversity.
