I am Indian, i am not even a singer but i sing and play instrument and ik what he means.. even a noob will understand that moving neck is to set position to make muscle relax and sing the way you want.. then he talked about chest, neck and mixed voices.. i think singer will understand that.. vibrato and changing major to minor scale etc everyone knows that
I found these things like cultural differences like that "Crescendos .... Windows" type things. He got shocked or amazed whereas we learn these things on schooler level.
Right we don't really use those technique but I think that is the reason we have such different varieties of voice's because unintentionally singer's develop their own ways of using vocal chords
seriously, i sometimes find it irritating him stopping the video on every build up moment....when will he understand Indian music has technicalities , but those technicalities are secondary to the atmosphere created by the voice

Any indian person who has taken music class knows that the begining classes are brutal on your jaw and vocal chords. They always tell us to practice those, and at a certain point they make adjustments with the exercises which, if you know what they are, you'll understand why indian singers have amazing control and vibrato
