Terry can kill heavy characters more reliably, even without Go. Jab - Rising Tackle Dtilt - BK Landing Nair - buffered Nair - BK Jab - Power Dunk Not saying Ken ain’t good, just saying Terry would have Killed Bowser off the side instead of off the top in more situations. As where Ken normally kills off the top with just Shoryu.
Syntonix’s the kinda guy who spends 100% of his time in training mode, getting his combos and advantage state better. But zero time analyzing his previous matches, leading to a horrendous disadvantage, even for Ken.
What are you suppose to do about Ken's shield pressure? It's practically unpunishable, breaks shields insanely fast, and more often than not is just gonna poke you, anyway.
Ken is basically a grounded peach with a worse recovery. For 95% of the cast, you use your higher speed to avoid the projectiles and space around their wall of hitboxes.
As a Ken main I can confirm that there are always opportunities to roll away or jump out of combos, shield pressure included. Half of the shield pressure options can be beaten just by rolling away.
Syntonix seems to have a respectable grasp on Ken’s strings and confirms, but his neutral and disadvantage are horrendous. He was absolutely stagnant at ledge in particular. Even for fighting Bowser

I hate Bowser more than anyone but to call him “carried” is definitely just salty johns. He is piss poor when he is above the opponents, vulnerable offstage, susceptible to zoning, and relies on one-dimensional tactics that can be overcome with experience.

So to see people who use characters that require inputs and detailed tilt attacks makes me more impressed than a heavy with hyper armor great recovery and speed.
