  • Big thanks to my Dad for filming and letting me drive his pride and a joy! A 1921 Lanz Bulldog HL12. Such a cool machine! It’s a single cylinder two stroke 6.2L Hot bulb motor with wheels. These were mainly designed for belt work. This one likely started life as purely a stationary engine, with the chassis being added a few years later. In this video we reverse the motor to go in “reverse”, explain the starting procedure and show some of the details. If you have any questions please write them in the comments below. Thanks!

    I would of loved to have helped you fixing up this GEM David !!!!! This is history at its finest, PERIOD!!!!!!!!! Can I ask where you are located Sir ?? I am amazed at the engines smoothness. Hope one day I can find me one for sure. Thanks😀😃😄
